休斯頓舒格蘭德希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Houston/Sugar Land)

It was overall a great trip minus the hot tub not working and the pool being cleaned on my stay the the little coffee thing in my room wasnt working properly and i wasnt aware that breakfast wasnt complimentary but coffee was just joined hilton honors but overall the staff was great especially George u rock

Very disappointing, traveled to the property with my young son. We arrived and they gave us keys. Upon going to the room we discovered that the AC was blasting, the beds were unmade and someone’s personal belongings were in the room. We immediately shut the door and went back to the front desk agent. He said that housekeeping had cleared the room, but it was CLEAR that these people had NOT checked out( as there were quiet a few items in the room ). Very very disappointed with this experience.

Mice were seen in the bar area. Never staying at this hotel again. Sorry to have to even complain, although that is un called for. Had book for 4 weeks, on my 3rd night we saw mice running around in the bar and kitchen area. We left the next day. Canceled the rest of my stay, although hotel is trying to charge me anyway...i will not pay and really feel im due a refund because i ate in the restraunt twice before seeing these filthy issues.

This hotel was not the greatest. English is definitely the second language spoken here by staff. We stayed here two nights and no one came to our room to clean it during our stay. I just didn’t bother asking for someone to come clean our room. The hotel has two elevators. One has been broken for months said another customer. The one elevator that does work has this loud clanking sound that’s kind of scary. There is a ton of cleaning staff everywhere and the were just sitting around on their phones. There is no staff elevator so every time we needed the elevator there was always a cleaning staff member waiting to get on the elevator with a cleaning cart on their phone. The breakfast was not good. I found 3 live bugs in the bathroom on the counter, and was able to flush them down the sink drain. One good thing is that the a/c is the room was great! I wouldn’t stay here again if I had a choice.

Hot water didn’t come for a bath on a December morning. Not the most ideal situation The Hilton bus shuttle is permanently parked at the hotel entrance so hotel visitors cannot pull into the drive way to unload when it is raining. Simple things that the hotel Manager should be aware about.

We had a great stay , we were there for a show at the Smart Financial Center , walkable dining , shuttle to SFC, close to bar and lots of places near to shop! We enjoyed our stay .
