Check in was fast while checking in I made two request that were immediately met. Hotel is centrally location to Sumter Landing downtown with a vast number of restaurants, shopping, bars, entertainment and town square all with 10 minute walk.
Highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived very late in the evening and because of this we did not wait long to check in. It was just us. Only after we got settled in our room did we notice it was not a lake view room, which is what we booked. Because we were tired we did not go back to the check-in counter. The next morning, however, we did speak to the lady at the front desk about our room and she apologize for the error and reduced our room rate. We appreciated that.

The location was great and view of lake was awesome. Great sunset/sunrise. The problem was how old the wallpaper, furniture, etc. was. Looks like they added all new vinyl flooring in the room that was supposed to look like wood but..........Overall okay for the price.

There was someone elses hair on my bed. The outside of toilet was dirty. Hair in our sink. The room was filthy. Hotel is very dated. Im not referring this place to no one. Im surprised since this is part of the villages. I thought they were held to a higher standard.

The hotel is nice and in a nice location at Sumter landing. We came for a golf weekend. However we came back later in the evening and had to change rooms because there were a ton of ants in our room and over luggage

Very nice get away for our 28th wedding anniversary. Nice room with view of the Lake, Room was very clean, location is close for walking to restraint's, and Movie Theater.

Room was very comfortable but do wish the rooms had curtains to block out some light. Overall we had a great trip to visit family nearby and will likely stay at this hotel again!
