La puerta del baño no cierra y el inodoro está flojo parece que se va a caer

Several bugs in the shower. One crawled across the desk. The ceiling was dusty. And the carpet was dirty and coming up. The room had a wet musky smell. The bed was made nicely.

I booked this online for my brother to have a place to stay for a night. The woman at the desk, Theresa was profiling my brother and refusing to help him get into his room. She kept telling him she had to physically swipe the card. We had to drive from Charleston 30min away at 10:30 at night. My friend who has worked in hotels for years told us it is common practice that there was a form she could have emailed. She was the rudest employee I have ever dealt with. She kept judging that my brother would be disruptive and how she was worried. Again profiling based on his appearance. She even threatened to call the cops at one point. I have never been so upset with customer service and will never recommend Sleep Inn to anyone. Especially if Theresa is the best they have for that position.

Everything was good besides the pop up about the major credit card upon check in

As always, affordable price, check-in was easy, friendly staff, and clean room.

This hotel is in major need of renovation. It is way over priced. The carpets are old and will never look clean. They smell and look worn and faded. The room also smells like mold covered up with room deodorizing spray. The window coverings have holes in them and the bed’s mattress was very uncomfortable and lumpy. The hotel description said the bed was “queen” size but it was “full”. The description also said there would be a “buffet breakfast” included but it was a “breakfast-to-go” with very limited selection. Staying at this hotel was a highly disappointing experience.

It was par. Nothing over the top. Only one downside is the shower door wouldnt close.

This place was beyond disgusting! Peeling furniture broken shower door you could literally hear the people in the next room! Very dissatisfied and disappointed with *******!!!

Dirty washcloth on the bed when we checked in, urine in commode, rusty light fixture.

We weren't there long - but we slept well and were comfortable.

Terrible experience. From the desk person cancelling our room and saying we would get 100 percent refunded… giving us a letter showing that… due to emergency… then getting a room later on that smelled horrible and had a big roach on the ceiling…. Then noticed we didn’t get refunded but instead got charged once thru ******* and once thru the hotel. Spoke to ******* and passed the info Along with letter to the GM Jeannie price . Who wouldn’t release our refund. So from getting charged twice, not getting the refund that was said to be given (letter to proof), roaches in room, smell of mold, and if you go outside nothing but police officers and meth dealers (not a safe location). Very unhappy in every area of this hotel. And we get hotels all the time thru ******* and this has been the worse experience in many years.

The staff friendly and helpful The room clean. The building is old and could do with up dating.
