I went for a tournament and they over booked so they put me in a suite. I needed two beds so we used the pull out couch but there were no linens on it at all, i asked the front and they said they didnt have any or any pillows. We had 4 people, one blanket and two pillows total

It wasn't worth t he money. No amenities, no restaurant. Not worth $200 a night.

Check in - Waited 7 minutes for someone to show up. Reserved 2 beds; was given a sofa bed and queen bed. Have to get my own bed sheets. Was no given a bill at check out because my invoice was not ready. I'm still waiting for them to submit my receipt by email. Most likely will have to call them up to request the receipt. Will not recommend this property to anyone.

Candlewood is bad value for the money. If you stay next door at their same parent company's Hilton's Holiday Inn Express, the cost is lower, you get a breakfast, you get an ice machine, and you get a coffee maker in the room. A weird concept as they justify a massive price by adding a slightly larger fridge, a two burner stove top, 2 dishes per room for making your own meals, an awkwardly placed microwave that is hard to use, and a dishwasher with no soap. I'm not sure if they are trying to be a long stay hotel, but no way I'd stay there again.

The fan in the bathroom ran constantly. It was awful when we tried to sleep. The carpet along the side of the baseboards needs to be vacuumed. I had to carry my towels to the front desk to get clean replacements. Trash cans were full.

The room was very nice and clean. We were able to get a late check out with no issues. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. If I ever need a place to stay in Sumner again Candlewood will definitely be at the top of my list!!

Very nice staff- both the night staff and the day staff. Our room was very clean. Hotel was quiet (one train was heard early in the morning but the hotel itself was very quiet). 2 coffee cafes and one convenience store across the parking lot/within walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay.

It was a nice place to stay at. Only negative from my stay is the staff isn’t really friendly.
