希利桑戴馬 - 全包酒店(Hrizantema)

Ze względu na fakt, że byliśmy pierwszy raz w Bułgarii to Hotel Hrizantema nas nie rozczarował. Wielkie podziękowania dla Pani Manager hotelu, która uczyniła nasz pobyt jeszcze bardziej udanym. Pokoje czyste, choć zmagające się z plagą mrówek. Z tego co sie zorientowałem to przypadłość nie tylko tego hotelu. Jedzenia pod dostatkiem, duży wybór nawet a może zwłaszcza dla dzieci (frytki nawet dwa rodzaje, kuleczki z kurczaka, makarony, gofry, hamburgery itd.). Pełny wybór przez cały czas wydawania posiłków. Snack bar niedaleko basenu serwuje dobrą pizzę, frytki, hot dogi. Drinki jak w większości hoteli. Miła obsługa. Szacunek dla Ani za znajomość podstawowych zwrotów po polsku :) Animatorzy starają się jak mogą aby umilić pobyt. Aerobic w basenie, zumba, dart, waterpolo to tylko niektóre atrakcje. Jak się znudzi basen to nad morze jest 5min piechotą. Do promenady w centrum 15min. W hotelu można wymienić walutę po całkiem normalnych kursach. Jedyne z czego nie udało nam się skorzystać to restauracja a'la carte, po prostu chyba nie działa :( Subiektywne odczucie: za dużo gości z Rosji. Zachowywali się bardzo poprawnie ale wszechobecny język rosyjski drażnił uszy. W hotelu znajduję się salon masażu. Nie korzystałem ale właściciel bardzo natrętny przy zachęcaniu do skorzystania z usług, w dodatku wielbiciel Putina. Brak słów. Podsumowując: wróciłbym do tego hotelu pod warunkiem zakwaterowania w pokoju rodzinnym.

Hotel bardzo mnie rozczarował. Pierwszy raz byłem w bulgari i na pewno ostatni dzięki temu hotelowi. Sam syf i malaria sprzątaczki wymieniają ręczniki co 4 dni i oprócz tego zostawiają ciągły brud. Jedzenie monotonne i mało. Na plus barmanki w lobby, są przemiłe. Jeśli chodzi o animacje jest jak najbardziej ok. Podsumowując nie przyjadę już do bułgarii.

La struttura è anche bella, si mangia bene, ma la pulizia è un vero disastro. In 8 giorni non hanno MAI pulito le camere e i bagni. Hanno cambiato le lenzuola una volta e gli asciugamani due volte. Hanno svuotato il posacenere una volta. Il giorno dell'arrivo c'erano capelli nella doccia e nella moquette. La bambina di 10 mesi dei miei amici ha gattonato sulla moquette, raccogliendo capelli e peli sulle manine. Un vero schifo. Anche sui piatti "puliti" del buffet c'erano a volte tracce di cibo, una volta addirittura un pezzo di prosciutto cotto. Quando i miei amici hanno sollecitato un cambio delle lenzuola più frequente perché avevano la bambina, non solo non hanno cambiato le lenzuola, ma li hanno minacciati di una multa se le lenzuola erano sporche. I miei amici sono bulgari, quindi non è possibile sia stato un malinteso dovuto alla lingua. Al bar della piscina non era facile trovare un punto asciutto sul bancone per appoggiarsi. Chiazze di acqua o di bibite, non asciugate dai baristi. Teniamo conto che questo hotel si dichiara 4 stelle, non è una pensioncina da 1 stella, anche se una pulizia così scarsa non andrebbe bene neppure in una pensione.

Hotel was very good! Food in restaurant was very tasty! Entertainment was amazing,the best animator was Teke.He was very funny, beautiful and energy!I like this hotel so much!Maria was very smile and energy animator too! these animators gave us seven unforgettable days!I will miss them very much, thank you for these days!!!❤️

This is our 2nd time this year absolutely love this hotel. Staff friendly the whole place is clean food is delicious always something to eat comfortable beds and room cleaned daily. The animation team are excellent. Everyone here works so hard shout out to hamii and reddii bar staff. And tekka and rusec. Animation staff. Really hope they will be here next year. Already looking to book next june. Thankyou again ❤️❤️❤️

Good location, close to the beach. The rooms are large, but in general, the furniture and mattresses need renewal. The maids are smiling, the rooms are cleaned perfectly. The staff at the reception is excellently trained, they speak several languages, they are kind and patient. The restaurant has a large terrace with very good cuisine. The dishes are varied, everything I tried was delicious. Everywhere it shines with purity! I am very satisfied with my stay at the hotel and would visit it again. Thank you!

Last year we got unexpected days off at work and found this hotel with good price and believed we'll get what we pay for. And we got a lot more what we expected. Came back to this resort and not disappointed at all. Even invited my family to join us as I'm celebrating my "55"

When booking through our agency and also cross-referencing with the hotel's website and other review platforms, it was clearly indicated that the check-in time is at 2:00 PM, with a check-out time at 12:00 PM. However, upon arrival, my sister and mother were informed by the reception that their rooms would only be available by 3:00 PM, and they were expected to check out by 11:00 AM. Despite my mother's attempts to show them the agreement and the information on the website that aligned with the original timing, their concerns fell on deaf ears. I am profoundly dissatisfied with this experience. I had booked this trip as a gift, with the hope that everything would proceed smoothly, but unfortunately, the hotel's mismanagement has marred what should have been a pleasant beginning. After enduring a 13-hour drive and an 8-hour wait, the access to their rooms and facilities was necessary, as basic as it should be, especially considering the comfort and convenience of travelers. The lack of professionalism displayed by the hotel staff is deeply disappointing. Their failure to uphold the initially communicated check-in and check-out times reflects a disheartening level of unprofessionalism.
