Tarsis Club & Aquapark - All Inclusive

Rude inattentive staff, tutting at the bar, no food choices and no Wi-Fi in rooms or tv channels for my dad who stays in the room .. staff more interested in walking round for photos and moving us out of the way ! I’ve always loved Bulgaria but I won’t go back again

Проживали в Tarsis с 20 по 29 августа 2023 после чего категорически не советую Tarsis для отдыха никому! Были тут два года назад, сразу после снятий запрета после пандемии и остались очень довольны, потому решили вернуться снова. Увы, сложилось ощущение, что вернулись совершенно в другое место. Видимо за эти два года туристов стало больше и руководство (в лице администратора Полины) решило наплевать на своих гостей. Номера в отвратительном состоянии. Уборка номера это вынос мусора и добавление рулона туалетной бумаги. Ах да, иногда еще заправляли кровать (небрежно, лучше было и не трогать вовсе). Полотенца сменили на второй день нашего пребывания (зачем?) и больше не меняли. К разнообразию еды особо претензий нет, можно было найти что поесть, но вот ее вкус. Вся еда пресная, без особого вкуса. Тарелки очень и очень грязные с остатками еды, много сколов. Посуду после еды убирали со стола вовремя, но ни разу не видела чтобы протирали столы. Даже утром, к самому началу завтрака пол, столы и даже стулья были очень грязные, в остатках пищи. Стоит отметить отдельно снек-бар. Пару дней мы обедали только там (не смотря на то, что там был только фаст фуд и немного овощей), тк. это было единственное место где следили за чистотой. Большая часть рабочего персонала все же были вежливы, чего не скажешь про рецепшн. Такого хамского отношения как у администратора Полины я еще нигде не встречала раньше. Фото номера прикрепляю для наглядности (номер на первом этаже, B5). После ссор с Полиной, туроператором и турагентом все-таки сменили номер на “немного более чистый” и тот, что не выходит в самую проходимую зону, где кроме всего прочего, курят все гости отеля. Хотя Полина утверждала, что за 6 лет ее работы мы первые кто жалуемся на такой прекрасный номер. В целом погода и море спасли наш отдых, но никогда больше не приедем и советовать этот отель мы никому не будем. Кстати, за время нашего пребывании мы слышали еще несколько ситуаций возмущения гостей по поводу номеров, но увы, большинство молча живут в этой грязи. Кстати, в этом году и контингент был соответствующий, но никто из персонала не делал замечаний людям трогающим/пробующим на вкус еду на шведском столе или тем, кто сумками выносил еду и напитки из ресторана.

Пишу отзыв на русском, чтобы больше количество людей смотреть ли прочесть. Оставляю негативный отзыв, потому что отель абсолютно не отвечает тому, что заявляет, ни на фотографиях, ни в тексте. Если вы не владелец апартаментов в этом клубе, не надейтесь на особое приветливое отношение. Итак, начну: 1. Поселение. Раннего нет, даже за дополнительную плату. Мы приехали в 7:15. Для меня с маленьким ребенком, проехавшими сутки на автобусе (да у нас сейчас других вариантов из-за войны нет), было полным разочарованием не получить обычный сервис в виде завтрака (хотя бы бутерброд и чай с дороги), размещения багажа (предложили отдельную комнату, в которую может зайти кто угодно около 11:00 часов). 2. Дальше веселее. Номер: огромная кровать, тумба под телевизором напротив, пройти между которыми на балкон достаточно сложно (я замечу, миниатюрная), узкий шкаф, в котором лежат подушки и одеяла, - вещи вы там положить не сможете, плечиков в номере нет. Будете ходить в мятой одежде или бегать на ресепшен за утюгом (где гладить не представляю). Есть маленькая кухня - абсолютно бесполезная, нет чайника, плиты. Холодильник - спасибо отелю есть. 3. Уборка. Ее практически нет, кроме замены полотенец. За неделю, да и перед нашим приездом, под кроватью никто не убрал (вековая пыль). Отдельно скажу по поводу персонала по уборке (пришлось упрашивать отдельно что-то сделать в номере), и более того уборщица, которая убирала номер украла из номера юбку. Когда я обратилась в администрацию передо мной не то, что не извинились, а сказали, что не уверены, что уборщица совершила кражу. То есть я как клиент, по всей вероятности сама у себя украла вещь. В номер заходит кто попало. Доверия 0. Камер отследить нет. И клиент сам виноват. 4. Завтрак за неделю практически не поменялся (сыры, колбасы, помидоры, огурцы, яйца, бекон) последние два дня появилась гречневая каша. Один раз в неделю были морепродукты (мидии). Куча печенья, однообразная выпечка, фрукты (яблоки, арбуз, персики, нектарины). Нормального кофе нет нигде. Бар возле бассейна: газировка, разбавленная сиропом.

The hotel grounds are amazing..GREY the pool bar guy couldn't do enough for us..every hotel needs a guy like grey at the bar or around the hotel..food was OK.. nothing special..the aqua park which is part of the resort has amazing water slides...

Honestly I don't understand some of the people leaving a review here.Yes food need a bit improve but overall there always grill, cooked traditional meals, plenty of sweets and fruits to grab.If you are not a picky person you will like it. Hotel itself has everything you need to not go in the city side.4 swimming pools, big garden to relax, Aquapark where my kids spend the most of their time etc. Thanks to the Managment staff for making sure this time as well to feel like home. P.S. this is my 3rd time here and they still surprised me .Yesterday I found out that they even have a Night Club on site.

We stayed in August for 2 weeks with my wife and children we had a an ok time this hotel has the potential to be absolutely fabulous but lets its self down with a few simple improvements that could be made first is the staff the receptionists I mean I have probably never met such rude people in my life. The food could have been cooked a lot better we started off having a great first few days but then all of a sudden the food was cold and raw and sometimes an edible one night I had salad and toast for dinner. The only pleasant staff was the barman he seemed okay although considering he was working 14 hours a day by the end of the day he more than little grumpy considering this was the only bar for the whole hotel that was excessible for most of the time it's easy see why. The room however was fantastic although it's a bit disappointing to have to ask for a toilet paper you would think this would be topped up on a regular basis known that there's a family in one room it seems to me that this hotel tries it's very best to limit the all inclusive with the only one bar for the whole of the hotel and the fact it is absolutely miless away from any of the entertainment at night also please please can you buy some decent bases for for the parasols as at least twice one skip to past my head missing me and my friend by not very much and ending up in the pool which is not good considering that small kids were using it. all in all this hotel as the has the potential to be fantastic but just lacks that little bit of care and attention to be a very good hotel not one of the worst. After this holiday I would not recommend to my friends or family and I would certainly not return. To end on a positive note the animation team absolutely fantastic what they got on with all the children.

Spent 7 days here all inclusive, first time in Bulgaria, staff were unpleasant, 85% of people here were from other countries and very un friendly, very small seating area, entertainment near on non existant would not advise anyone to go here from the UK. Personally wouldn't go again.

Avoid this hotel at all costs we’ve been here since the 20th I’ve put off writing this review but it’s been one thing after another. Firstly on arrival we were left waiting after paying thousands to be tome they don’t have our booking, therefor never has a room available the staff were so rude but later after wispering agreed we had a room. Since the 20th our beds gave not been changed I’ve requested the aircon to be fixed to be told numerous times it has been, well it hasn’t. We have had to request fresh towels and are still waiting I cannot believe I am having to use the washing machine in our room to wash the hotels towels. Also we are told not to flush toilet paper down the toilet n use the bin which we are having to empty ourselves, I’ve not seen a single maid, also having to ask for toilet paper. As for the food it’s just awful meat isn’t cooked they do not cater for children and as for the two ladies behind the snack bar they are by far the rudest staff I have ever come across on a hotel one of them aggressively through a chicken wrap because my nephew asked for it plain o could go on even the drinks other then soft drinks are awful the only thing I cannot complain about is the room n the slides got the kids but we cannot eat in the hotel the kitchen is filthy

Have been in the hotel for 2 weeks now, and it is very much a mixed review! When we first arrive was pleasantly surprise at how nice the room was - we stayed in Tarsis nova B. The rooms were not cleaned as it states in the details the hotel provided however when I bought this up with the rep they were done. I had an accident in the restaurant as there was no wet floor sign, I skidded across and fell. I bought this up with the rep who spoke to the hotel management and there have been wet floor signs out out now. The food has been a little disappointing (I hate writing negative reviews) some of the food coming off the grill wasn't cooked, I have spent a chunk of the holiday eating vegetarian so not to risk eating something under cooked. There was however always something I would eat. The pools are lovely and kept clean, always someone waking around cleaning up. The shuttle to the beach was great, however you can only fit 8 so if there is a queue, your not getting on it and it only runs ever hour. The animation team were really lovely, always tried hard to get people involved and were great with the kids. The mini disco is very repetitive, same songs and dances and the adult entertainment is not the best but I don't think this is down to the animation team and more restrictions on them. We did find it a little hard the distance from the main centre however you can get a bus for 2 leva if you don't mind being a little squashed. We did 3 excursions, all were amazing, we did Khan's tent, captain Jack and Go trabi go which were reasonably priced and very enjoyable, I would recommend these to anyone staying in sunny beach. Over all we have had an enjoyable holiday, I do think it could have been better in some areas. I dont think I would return to this hotel unfortunately - this is down to the food and location away for the main centre.
