尊貴貝斯特韋斯特優質酒店(Best Western Plus Premium Inn)

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are nice. However this is the worst holiday experience we have had. The hot breakfast was stone cold even when new items came out from the kitchen. They had a 4 slice toaster that is useless for the number of guests. One day they totally ran out of butter, it was "finished". The hotel safes are useless and the cleaner left our room door open, thankfully nothing was taken. Most of the staff are pleasant and friendly. Others are not, we witnessed Anton scream at a young boy just wanting to return pool towels. I was so disgusted at his behaviour I pulled him up on it. They have no life guards around the pool or any health and safety protocols . We witnessed several head cuts and collisions on the water slides. Children would climb the slides from the bottom and jump over people coming down. Drinks are also served around the pool in glasses. I have stayed in a number of Best Western hotels, mainly in the US and this is by far the most mis-managed. Speaking to a number of guests we or them won't be returning ever again.

Niestety nie polecam tego hotelu dla rodzin z dziećmi. Poza basenem i 2 zjeżdżalniami nie ma co robić poza godzinami otwarcia basenu. Tak naprawdę czas wolny można spędzać jedynie w barze wśród palących. W hotelu są jedynie 2 windy. Nie jest to uciążliwe dla osób mieszkających na niższych piętrach. Jednak dla kogoś kto mieszka wyżej chodzenie po schodach 5 razy dziennie może być uciążliwe. Nie mówiąc o rodzicach z wózkami i materacmi. Hotel jest kawałek od głównej promenady dzięki czemu jer ciszej. Ale jednocześnie odległość od morza jest faktycznie 500 metrów na nie 150. Proszę o sprostowanie tej informacji na stronie biura coral travel. Obsługa bardzo miła jedzenie smaczne chociaż mało urozmaicone. Brakuje owoców na przekąski.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu. Hotel czysty, wygląda na dopiero co odnowiony. Darmowe Wi-Fi dostępne w całym obiekcie (również w pokojach). Darmowy sejf w pokoju. Pokoje przestronne, czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Lokalizacja 500 m od plaży, w pobliżu głównego pasażu miejscowości a jednocześnie w zacisznej uliczce. Korzystaliśmy z opcji all iclusive, jedzenie bardzo smaczne, napoje w barze dobre i bez ograniczeń. W obiekcie dwie duże zjeżdżalnie i basen z darmowymi leżakami i ręcznikami. Brak animacji (jeśli ktoś lubi) i siłowni. Personel miły i pomocny. Pobyt udany, nie wykluczam, że mogę ponownie odwiedzić to miejsce.

Biz balayımız için 2 gün bu otelde kalmayı tercih ettik ve çok memnun kaldık. Odamız sürprizlerle doluydu:) ve temizlik olarakta çok iyiydi. Ben kahvaltıya inememiştim bunu farkedip odaya benim için kahvaltı getirdiler vs. Güleryüzlü, yardımsever çalışanlar vardı. Kısacası biz her yönden memnun kaldık herkese de tavsiye ederiz her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz :)

Perfekter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Hotel Habe mich im Hotel super wohl gefühlt angefangen von der freundlich gestalteten Lobby mit einem sehr herzlichen Empfang Bis hin zu einem großen und sauberen Zimmer. Die große begehbare Regendusche war ein Traum. Essen ist abwechslungsreich gewesen und ideal, dass man sowohl innen als auch außen direkt am Pool sitzen kann. Die Angestellten an der Poolbar haben einen super Job gemacht und die Cocktails schmecken klasse. Hotel liegt ideal maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und in der direkten Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Freue mich schon darauf mein nächsten Urlaub im Best Western SunnyBeach verbringen zu dürfen.

Stayed for 11 nights with my 11 year old son, the hotel was very clean in communal areas,rooms and pool area were spotless,the cleaning team work very hard and I honestly couldn’t fault it Staff in the hotel were helpful, especially the cleaning ladies & restaurant service This hotel does allow groups of young men so it was noisy past midnight on a few of our nights, Sunny beach is a vibrant area and to be honest it was expected to a certain extent We stayed on a half board basis there was a self serve buffet style meals it was ok but hot food was Luke warm or cold, and lacked variety and catered for more Eastern European people but we ate breakfast every day and the evening meal a few times This is my honest opinion, if i return to sunny beach again I would stay here again as I said earlier the hotel was super clean and to me this is the most important thing .. if the variety of dishes, and the food being hotter improved they would have got 5 stars

Really nice hotel, staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are a decent size with nice clean bathroom, everything we needed. Bar was beautiful and reasonably priced and the staff were again very friendly. Breakfast and Diner was delicious as well. I would definitely stay here again. Very convenient for location on no more than 200 m from the beach and the promenade. The pool area is amazing.All in all, an excellent hotel.

Hotel and Rooms very clean beds are really comfortable shower was very good, staff are very friendly and helpful, we would definitely recommend this hotel. Our only comment would be the guests leaving food outside attracts the seagulls this is down to guests not the staff also glasses at the poolside is not a good idea. Good location.
