多馬恩酒店(The Domain Hotel)

I stayed for one night as a halfway point to a camping trip. The hotel lobby is nice and has a great smell to it. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. Your standard eggs, sausage, waffles, fruits, etc. the room was nice and spacious. Mine had a sleep number bed which was great for me as a stomach sleeper being able to adjust the firmness of the mattress. The room was clean, but you can tell it needs a good deep cleaning of the carpets and scuff marks on the walls and furniture. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are a light sleeper. The walls are thin and you could hear kids running through the hall and yelling. There was plenty of parking. It was $12. I didn’t get to try the bar or restaurant because I went to the nearby mall instead to shop. All in all, I had a great stay and would come back again.

Good location but poor amenities and service. It’s a pity because the location is so good and with better service at the reception and a few improvements in the facilities would make this hotel a true 4 star hotel.

I was exhausted and made usual mistake and forgot to change the date because for reason it wont go to same day or week so its easy to make the mistake. I had to contact Hotels barely able to keep my eyes as i traveled from Utah. They fixed it to the king suite for the night. Weekday and it costs me $70 more just in the time frame the lady on the phone was fixing the reservation. She quoted me the rate and it was $16 more. Within 5 minutes $70. I'm a platinum member and my company also uses this app. The quoted rate should have been the price or don't say an amount unless you are 100% sure. I thought by constantly booking for work and being a platinum member had perks or assistance that doesn't cost me a fortune. The room was first floor. Bed wasn't even made the silicone around the shower was falling off. Toilet wouldn't flush. Please remind me again what i'm paying all this extra for? Checkout is 11am. Housekeeping pounding at 9am wanting to know when Im leaving Absolutely unprofessional. Also, if I'm paying for king suite make the bed at least I will never go back there again. Especially $70 more on a weekday No way busy? The parking lot wasn't even full of at least half full. To boot i had free refundsr accommodate my price. What's the point in being a platinum member? If when it really comes down to it, y'all dont care andtook me $70 more. When I could have gone down the road to a decent hotel and had a better experience. half the priceIn the No bathroom amenities 👎👎

We stayed with our hockey team at the Domain. They had a great pool area, and accommodations were nice. Although they “over booked” our type of room (2 queens deluxe room) they brought us a rolling bed for my son to sleep on. All in all it worked out. Breakfast was decent. Was clean and the staff were friendly. I’d give it a 8-10.

This trip was for a very unpleasant task. However... staying at Domain was one of the highlights for my mom and I. We were in a very spacious room that was quiet. The breakfast was very good each morning. The staff were always friendly and able to immediately take care of any needs we had. I couldnt be more pleased with our stay.

The room was hot, there was no thermostat. Staff insisted there was one. Then came into room messed with odd remote that had no clear instructions on what it did or how to use it. She was happy to have me wait for a machine she didn't know how to use to suddenly function. Irritating, she did get us a new room. But was begrudging about doing so. Will not come here again.
