本德拉昆塔温德姆酒店(La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Bend)

This hotel was fairly clean but very run down Mold growing on walls above the shower, side door coming into hotel doesnt have a lock, our room door was locked but not shut all the way when we got there

Very positive experience for one overnight on our trip home to Spokane. Room had all the essentials and was very well appointed with fresh paint and lovely wall hangings. King-size bed was very comfortable. Appreciated quiet a/c and heater. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was just fine with waffle irons and fresh eggs and sausage available. Finally price was right --as low for all of the above as we've seen in our area. This will be our first choice for future trips through the Bend area.

Friendly front staff! Room needed a deep clean. Shower had a bit of mold on upper tile ledge. Carpet needed good vacuuming. Didn’t hear kids running or doors slamming.

The front desk staff when we checked in was super friendly and was very helpful and got us everything extra we asked for.

Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, continental breakfast was well stocked. Could not get in side doors with key card, parking lot is horrible design for parking, next to a busy street so it noisy.

I felt super pressured by one of front desk workers. Literally gave me something I didn’t want, i booked the room I wanted, he insisted I get another room which was totally not what I wanted, entirely messed up my date night with my partner, nothing but disappoin**ent dissatisfaction and arguing with my partner and I. All of this because he just couldn’t give me THE ROOM THAT I SPECIFICALLY PAID FOR!!! On top of all of it, he then assumes I’m staying one night, after I made it clear I was staying two. So there was a while waiting outside for a while then waiting by my room door wondering what was going on! Horrible experience!

Front desk person was awesome. Our original rooms' ceiling started leaking due to weather conditions and he swifly moved us to a new room. The room itself was okay, clean except for some spots in the carpet and comforter. Pool and hot tub was out of order which was disappointing as we were looking forward to that most. Breakfast is average, I would suggest adding some fresh fruit, otherwise plenty of options. Again service was spot on but I dont think we would choose to stay here again.

Wrestling team stayed here next door and was so loud till midnight, you could hear them through the adjoining door as if they were in my room. Then you could hear the alarm go off early the next morning and thought it was ours. Coaches need to supervise their team better. Staff was amazing but no one there after hours to call and have them tell the room to be quiet.

We rented 2 rooms cost me $181.65 hot tub didnt have alot of water when othe people went to get in alot of dead skin was floating around pool had rust and broken steps rooms had this terrible smell we had to go buy air fresheners to at least cover the smell no towels at the pool gut at the front desk was rude to my father when he went to buy something if i could i would tell you to go to super 8 cheaper and better service and room i would rate this hotel a -5 out of 5 stars
