Cobblestone酒店&套房-優越的杜魯斯(Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Superior Duluth)

We stayed with our kids and loved the room. The hotel was full but we didn’t hear any extra noise. Breakfast was good along with the coffee. Will definitely stay again! It’s on our list for our next weekend getaway!

The family was looking forward to lounging a bit at the pool after our day out. Pool turned out to be tiny and no hot tub and closes at 10:00. Waited until 9:30 use it but we’re basically chased out by 8 unsupervised 10 year old boys doing cannonballs. The building walls must have been paper thin. Heard kids running in the halls and lots of street noise. Breakfast was in a tiny room and it was full of people. The one person maintaining the breakfast bar would leave and be gone for 10 minutes or more at a time. The orange juice machine was out of order and they hey apple juice ran out. The waffle dough was near bottom and the dough was runny. Apparently it had been that way a while because there were half empty cups of runny dough all over the counter as well as dough on the counter. Crumbs everywhere. They had biscuits and gravy and cheese omelets were in a warmer under a plastic contraption that was completely broken and fell apart each time a new guest touched it. After being gone for some time the attendant finally came back and announced he was closing it down promptly at 10:00. Waited 10:00 minutes in line to get checked in. Went down to purchase snacks and waited 15 minutes for the desk clerk to come back from helping a guest. Waited 15 minutes to check out until a sloppy looking untucked shirt desk clerk showed up to tell me they couldn’t give me a receipt cause their internet was down. Not returning. Maybe not with the chain altogether.

The hotel was nice! Our room had a really odd odor upon arival but once there, we no longer smelled it. There was never anyone at the desk so you had to pick up a phone u til some one came. The room was comfortable and

Noisy guests above and running in halls. This was after 10 pm. Breakfast set up was inconvenient

The room is very clean and they give you a lot of towels! There is a recently opened brewery close to the hotel, which is very nice.

Everything was great, very clean, nice rooms. Friendly staff. Easy check in/out. Only minor complaint was it was a struggle for them to keep up with the breakfast - but good options when it was stocked, tasted great.

At check in, we waited 10-15 minutes for anyone to come to the front desk. The first person who did come was from the restaurant and she couldn’t help. She apologized and mentioned she sees this happen. It was incredibly frustrating, especially at a very normal time of day. Then we found used pimple patches on the bathroom sink - absolutely disgusting!! For the price I paid, I’m appalled and would never stay here again!

It was very busy due to MEA weekend, but they accommodated well. The room was clean and comfortable (you can tell it is a newer hotel), pool and fitness room were great. Would have liked to see more gluten free options at breakfast and they ran out of a few things, but overall a good experience!

It was a great stay. It was overbooked but we were accommodated. Very nice stay.
