This is definitely not a hotel catered to foreigners. Firstly, the toilet was not clean. There were molds on the shower tray wall. Toilet bowl had some faeces stuck and had NO BIDET SPRAY. Hotel manager insensitively said only suites have bidet spray. So the rest who have gotten a less premium room have to wash their backside at the shower tray. Breakfast has limited variety and it was not even palatable except for sandwiches set. Although we informed the restaurant that we do not eat beef, they still served us sandwiches with beef and lied that they are not beef. We tld the staff to double check before confirming and it turned out to be beef. Upon learning abt the incident, the manager Cicik was kind enough to prepare breakfast for us the following day with chicken sandwiches. However, history repeated itself for the following day's breakfast. This shows that the manager did not brief her staff. Additonally, we asked for a bucket of ice at night. At first, they said that the bar was closed so there was NO ICE. After further explanation and multiple requests, they provided a bowl of ice. When we feedback why it was not served in a metal container, then eventually a metal bucket of ice was served.However, there were some pleasant times like they did serve me cake and small deco for my birthday. I do appreciate those gestures but overall the service was just mediocre. I will not say this is a 5 star hotel. To be very honest, it is a hotel to cater for transit purposes.

Check in: 05 Dec 2021 Check out: 11 Dec 2021 Room: 602 (upgraded ALL Platinum Status) Check in 10/10 Pros: Very Efficient and welcoming Cons: none Room 602 Cleanliness: 9/10 Bed : 7/10 (theres small spot on linen and bed cover) Bathroom Cleanliness: 9/10 Hot water : 10/10 Water pressure: 10/10 (strongest pressure among accor hotels i have visited) Laundry 10/10 Laundry staff very polite and attentive to our needs Valet Parking Very polite and fast response Streat Resto (breakfast) Cleanliness: 6/10 (dirty table, chairs and some floors) Food Variety: 9/10 Service: 7/10 Best Food TERONG BALADO: 10/10 (MUST TRY!!) Nasi Goreng: 8/10 Mie Goreng: 8/10 Worst Food (need improvement) Soto Ayam : 5/10 Pecel : 5/10 Please pay attention to level of cleanliness in the resto area especially chairs and table where some left over still there.. Special mention to Mr. Kiky (Duty Manager) and Front Office Staff thank you for looking after us during the duration of our stay! I will definitely be back to this hotel just because of the location, bed quality and excellent service demonstrated by some Staff department i mentioned exclude resto which definitely need much improvement. The awesome location, my towel never cameback after laundry. The front desk woman is quite polite, difficulties check in for my son as we came from different location. What a pity they dont call me to make sure that the person is my son but overall is good.
