Approachable place. Value for money. Good reception staff. Nice place. Decent amenities. Spacious roms.

Tv wasnt working initially only one remote so everytime i need to adjust rhea bolume i need to call somone, i did not receive invoice and hotel was empty

Room was alright but no restaurant and no in room service, linens were not up to the mark.

The hotel look a like was good but we reach at mid night the staff was not supportive and lots of mosquitoes in the room. They don’t have mosquitoes killer in room. Very bad experience. Not much good experience.

Travel-led for business, we checked in late. Check in process, room quality & stay was decent. Parking lot in basement.

It was a nice experience at the hotel. Location is at prime location very convenient to reach. Breakfast is also good. Overall good experience.

Room is good but not properly maintained by staff, found leakages in washroom. Based on the amenities the rooms were overpriced.

Pathetic is a small word for the experience. At the time of check-in there were no soap, shampoo, towel in the room. Intercom was not working in the room, hence need to walk to reception for everything. Tv set top box was not recharged. Next day had handed over key card at reception stating to get the room cleaned by evening. On return to my surprise room was not at all cleaned and on asking about the same, the person at reception replied probably the staff had forgotten to clean. Told me to wait in lobby to get the room cleaned! disgusting experience. As not many options were available for stay at surat on my date of traveling, hence stayed here. But will never ever book this hotel and that too at an exorbitant rate of rs. 3700 per day without breakfast!

Spacious room, clean bathroom and excellent facilities. Overall my experience surpassed expectations and i am really hilarious. Staff is quite helpful and very courteous.
