The room and bed were OK. Our problems came with the staff (I would say they are a bit careless). We left the sign to top up the coffee and change the towels and also we told the guy at reception if he can tell the cleaning staff to refill the handsoap dispenser because it was empty at our arrival. When we came back later that day we realized that none of that was done. The next day we told again the guy at reception and he said he will make sure that this will be sorted. But they only gave us fresh towels and picked up the bin bags but they didn't put new ones or refilled the handsoap dispenser. I don't know if it's their policy but the room was not cleaned either during the stay (4 nights) nor the bed was done.
