There wasn’t any room service/ house keeping during my stays, I left the room at 7am and asked for room cleaning, when I came back at night, I found it the same as I left it, no towel changing and no other services. The shower wasn’t that clean as well and it was blocked a little bit and so rusty

沒有任何便利設施，最近的車站的火車也因為罷工而停運，所以這是一個相當偏僻的地方。 雖然打掃了5天的房間，但毛巾一次也沒有更換或清洗過，水區的肥皂也沒有更換，太糟糕了。

這不是最好的房間很乾淨電梯外面的空間不是早餐不包括在內。沒有雞蛋或橙汁海報被破壞。但還可以再次入住

走廊不干淨，需要徘徊。臥室桌子旁的插頭連接不好，其中一盞側燈缺少一盞燈。我們向接待處報告了此事，並被告知 tge 酒店正在進行翻新。

最後沒有使用，因為它太遠了，所以我不知道這裡到底該說什麼

I expected a lot better from Travelodge, especially as a frequent customer. Immediately upon entering reception, I was met with the receptionist Jehaan. He was not welcoming whatsoever, not even a hello or a hi. His attitude was poor which was made even more apparent when I came down later to request for extra towels and he waved me off and I did not receive any! The hotel had a weird smell and the water did not stay warm for long. This type of behaviour does not make a customer feel welcomed. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere.

Why on earth is the manager at the hotel / one of them making poor reviews about their own staff 💀💀💀 It's pretty obvious when the users only have 1 contribution and type in the exact same way... some next level toxicity going on... yikes 💀💀 There's a fab Premier Inn down the road guys... stay there instead!

The London Chessington Tolworth Travelodge offers a pleasant and convenient stay, with several standout positives. The rooms are spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The reception staff and manager are exceptionally friendly and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience, creating a warm and helpful atmosphere throughout the hotel. The location is another highlight, with shops and a variety of excellent local restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the proximity to the train station makes it a fantastic base for exploring the area or heading into London. However, the cleanliness of the public areas, particularly the window ledges in the lift lobbies on each floor, could be improved. These areas are sometimes used as rubbish spots by guests and are not consistently cleaned daily, which detracts slightly from the overall experience. Despite this minor issue, the hotel provides excellent value for money with its clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location. A great choice for a short stay in the area!

I accidentally booked a twin room instead of double room and the guy helping me B. Srinivasa, changed it to double room cost free. Very happy with the service that has been provided today to me. Didn’t expect to get a twin room but the guy did change it.

Stayed here for a week due to water damage in my flat, the reception staff were really friendly and helpful! The rooms were basic but clean and fresh. Plenty of choice for breakfast, both hot and cold food which was all kept replenished! Hotel was relatively quiet and had plenty of parking which was a bonus!

Literie confortable on a bien dormis, séjour avec mes enfants. Comme sur les photos. Le monsieur a l’accueil trop sympa, il m’a prêter un câble car le mien ne fonctionnait pas. Merci beaucoup je reviendrai les yeux fermer. Merci encore je recommande.
