切羅基速8酒店(Super 8 by Wyndham Cherokee)

I’ve never wanted to stay at a super 8 bc I’ve always heard such bad experiences but surprisingly my experience wasn’t at all bad this was a pretty decent hotel & the carpet in our room felt like the cleanest carpet I’ve felt even better then the higher end hotels. The guy up a the front desk was informative & nice. Great room considering the price!

Chambres superbes, très calmes Bon accueil. Par contre déçus par le petit déjeuner, juste du jus d'orange, du café et des muffins disponibles dans le couloir.

Staff was outstanding, and rose to effectively deal with a serious water leak in the attic and other challenges. The facility is quite "long in the tooth." Our room needed a face plate on a loose wall outlet along with a bathroom faucet that was almost inoperable (old and dirty). The fixture holding the TP was rusty. All in all, not a bargain except for the stellar efforts of the staff.

The property was listed as wonderful but is very tired and old, the air/heat was very noisy.It was listed as breakfast included there were packed muffins and that was it. Would never recommend or stay again.

Well the lights went out in the hotel as apparently a tree feel across some wires so we got up in the morning and dressed in the dark

The room was clean for the most part, but there was hair left in the sink and toilet. The beds slept very comfortably. We woke up to no power because of a fallen tree or something in the area near by, so we immediately packed up and left because the room was getting cold and was couldn’t see to shower or get dressed!

Needs to upgrade TVs. TVS are 15+ years old. The remote was missing the back and batteries kept falling out. Expect no breakfast. Just muffins and coffee. Staff and service were great.

Hotel is quiet, clean and priced right. All the staff are friendly except the red head, she is never nice, has an attitude. Beds are comfy. Heat/air works great. Few improvements: need more supplies in the rooms if cleaning is only done every 3 days on request. Extra garbage bags, soap, tissues etc., especially if someone is booked for a week. Balcony doors needs washing. Oh also maybe danishes for breakfast or something besides muffins? I recommend this hotel.

Front seat friendly and helpful. Hotel needs some TLC. Elevator needed cleaning and so did the hallway. Bed was comfortable but bath room tap was broken, plug in bath not working well and towels were very thin. Would not recommend staying here
