すごく良かった

The good points...location and bar area Bad points..Our room was probably 'one' of the worst I've stayed in....damp everywhere, severe condensation, wood louse on floor, blood stains on carpet, other 'stains' on curtains, along with mould around bathroom fixtures. We did complain, and they did offer us to dine there in the evening as compensation, though we had decline, due to a prior engagement. Not what you expect for the money you pay, as it's not exactly cheap.... we were only there one night, so we had to stick with it, but we were disappointed all the same

Stayed for 1 night in the Henry Belle room, priced at over £250 a night. A few issues we noticed room was very big with great bathroom but a few small items let it down. You could not see the full screen of the massive TV whilst laying in bed due to the rise on the sofa. The flap is missing on the heating controls and the light switches are a bit worn. Dimmer type. The coffee machine is on the opposite side of the room from the coffee pods? No hot chocolate. We booked into the restraunt for 7pm was seated and noticed a strange sewage type smell, we mentioned it to the server and they apologised as they could also small it to. We were offered to eat in the champagne lounge but the rugby was on and loud. We ended up in Wagamama instead. A very nice hotel but I felt it was overpriced for the level of detail.

We just stayed one night in the Townhouse but it was well appointed and beautifully clean. One grumble; there was no air conditioning temp below 18 so we opened windows but spent a sleepless night until about 4.30am, we reported this to Laura at checkout who was very helpful and efficient. Complimentary drink in bar was a nice touch. Breakfast very good. Would visit again.

This is a fantastic hotel, full of antique charm and in a great location. Stayed in the town house across from the main hotel in a comfortable room. Staff are well trained and attentive. Didn't eat at the hotel but if the breakfast is anything to go by, it would have been wonderful. Highly recommend.

Wat een geweldig hotel is dit. De kamers zijn geweldig en vooral de kamers in het bijgebouw zijn mooi van stijl. De bar in het hotel is aangekleed met leren hang banken waar je lekker in kan chillen. Het ontbijt is ook goed. Er is een kaart aanwezig waar je een ontbijt uit kan kiezen. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Lovely room, fabulous bathroom, first class breakfast (which included continental and full cooked menu). Brilliant parking facilities, staff and management were exceptional. Ideal location for central Swansea and the mumbles.

First time staying and it’s in a superb location in town, walking distance to the centre and marina. We stayed in the Alpha rooms across the road and it was gorgeous. This is now our first choice for hotels in Swansea!

We stayed in the most beautiful room of this historic building ‘rajah of Sarwak’ and had the best service. The breakfast service and drinks at the bar were great. Centrally located and close to all the restaurants and pubs.
