哈里斯堡/赫爾希喜來登酒店(Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel)

我衹是不喜歡他們對客人不那麼感興趣，但是一家不錯的酒店，設施很好，服務還有很多不足之處

At check in time I was greeted with friendly staff . Very impressed with the indoor/outdoor pool and the restaurant open till mid-night. Actually I was so impressed with the amenities that I am planning a short term vacation with the kids in June as it is close to Hershey Park.

We were hoping to for the kids to swim but the pool heater sadly wasn't working this time. I did call ahead and knew that this was a possibility however. Hope they're able to get it fixed soon as it's a nice amenity.

This is definitely a poor property property representing the sheraton. It's very old dirty and musty rooms were disgusting. Toiletries were very very limited. We asked for housekeeping to tidy up one time in the 4 days we were there that was not done. And woke up to the ceiling dripping water on us at 3 AM while sleeping due to a leak!!! The keys for the room only worked for one day at a time and kept needing to be re-programmed, totally inconvenient!! The tub in my shower kept getting backed up call, the bathroom door did not close unless it was slammed, and the hook for the towel behind the door fell offell off. Staff was rude and very unprofessional.. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend that anyone stay here!

Dark brown corridor and room that we stayed at on the 4th floor was depressing. Beds were comfortable. A very nice big TV. The carpet had been vacuumed but was sticky with dirt it had ****** in over the years. The swimming pool was big and popular. It's a big hotel prepared to accommodate large numbers of guests for business meetings and receptions. There are a few clean restaurants just at the foot of the small hill it's sitting on, and a few stores including Target just opposite of them. It's within 20 minutes drive to the horrible Hershey Park.

Older Sheraton, but upgrades are set to begin soon! Looking forward to new upgrades. The cleanliness was not great, bathroom floors had dirt build up in corners and dusty underneath the sink. I forgot my blow dryer and went to pick up the hotel hair dryer bag. The bag was convered in dust as was the shelf.

This is truly not a four-star hotel. I am not sure how this was rated four-star, but my only pleasant encounter was with the front desk personnel that night while checking in. Once you get off the elevator to the rooms the halls are dark and dingy like the carpet. I do not feel that the bathroom was cleaned as there was hair in the shower/tub and sink upon arrival. Also, the inside of the room could use some upgrades. Small refrigerator on a nonskid mat on a counter. The desk was visibly damaged. Maybe a three-star hotel in my opinion and that could be pushing it. Would definitely not stay here again.
