I cannot express just how fabulous and rejuvenating this three-night stay has been for my mum, sister and I. From moment we stepped into the building, our every need was met and enquiry satisfied by the most welcoming staffing team. A special mention simply has to be extended to Annette, a brilliant smile, kind heart and witty humour put me right at ease from the get go! True hospitality seems to come second-hand to you Annette and I felt genuinely taken care of, for this I’m eternally grateful. See you again soon!

Just driving onto the grounds we were in awe of the surroundings. The environment was so relaxing that we felt the spa trea**ent begun as soon as we set foot out of the car. Facilities were excellent, people were so respectful and the service was great. We were greeted by Frederick who was so friendly and polite. Naomi was our go to girl the entire time we were there and we just love her. And Catrina in the restaurant provided us with a world class service; she knew everything about the food, and made us feel super special. Can’t wait to return!

Absolutely amazing experience at Champneys Spring. We were welcomed by Freddy who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and get us settled in. Rooms, facilities en service was great throughout our stay. One special mention for Catrina who served us lunch next day who went above and beyond to make sure we were served on time to make our taxi back to London and had just the best and welcoming vibe. Fabulous experience and thank you so much, Catrina!

Happy Days and amazing experience.. SASIMAN in the Cafe area have an amazing attitude towards the customers. She welcome guests with an open arms. It is not because she works in the place but because she is very passionate to her work. My experience in Champneys Springs were amazing and the place I highly recommend and give it a 5*star experience.

Nice to see some high level customer service today in the cafe, Catrina was excellent. I've been a member a week and two out of three times I've been to the cafe the service and attitude of the staff in the cafe has been unprofessional. Well done Catrina.

The most lovely chilled place, rooms very comfortable, food is lovely! And sasima from the cafe was a pleasure to meet and so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much hassle for her :-) nothing was too much hassle and we even decided to extend our stay for an extra night.

Today was my second visit to Champneys with my Mum and it's the second time that Catrina has made our time so lovely!! She works at the breakfast bar and on both occasions was so friendly, warm and attentive, and started our Spa Day in such a lovely way (both times!)

The masseuse i was assigned to , Pam was amazing! This was my first time getting a massage and she did amazing. Overall my experience was 10/10. i will definitely be coming back because this place is simply amazing. Lovely scenery, lovely environment!
