托斯卡納度假勝地，私人別墅風格的體驗，優質的服務，非常細心和令人愉快的工作人員，美味的早餐、午餐和晚餐，美麗的游泳池、風景、山丘和佛羅倫薩市的景色。需要一輛車才能去任何地方，或者願意冒險一點，乘坐公共巴士，在高速公路附近停靠，需要換乘巴士去佛羅倫薩，但在回來的路上直接從佛羅倫薩（您需要了解車站名稱並告訴巴士司機停在那裡，因為巴士只有在看到有人在車站等候或乘客需要時才會停下來）。巴士根據時刻表每 20-30 分鐘一班（會給你），往返佛羅倫薩自由廣場大約需要 10-15 分鐘（在谷歌地圖上查找）。計程車隨時可用，每次費用約為 30 歐元（車程 10-15 分鐘）。請記住，這是佛羅倫薩郊外的別墅式度假村。它很漂亮，我們喜歡它。

🏨很大很年輕化的一家青旅，院子有許多座椅，坐在外面曬太陽吹風很愜意，看介紹裏還有一個花園，但沒時間去了，想必很不錯，夏天來的話在樓頂的露天泳池應該會很幸福吧，因為夜景很美，還能遠眺到摩天輪。 🏊酒店處處都寬敞得不像在歐洲，我的房間甚至有一個很大的露台，夏天來的話我會在酒店多待一會。因為這兒真的很有活力，年輕活力的亮黃色粉刷讓人心情明媚，大廳像一個餐吧，每天都會有很多活動以及免費的意麪，時間充裕的話我會選擇多住一陣，好好感受每一個角落。

居住感受中的優缺點在下文一起談論下: 1.酒店位置遠離塵囂 比較幽靜 這就意味着去到市區比較折騰～上午會有3趟Shuttle Bus 下午也會有3趟送達市區入口 當然下午也有3趟返程（酒店收取€2.50/次乘坐）。 房間隔音效果較差~有時候甚至會有點吵。 這家酒店位置有點偏～出門去市區如果打車的話 基本在€23-€35 [這個區間的價格我都有打到過 火車站（新聖母瑪利亞車站）到酒店是€32-€35 市區到酒店在€23-€32區間] 2.酒店有個小食吧/酒吧（Snack Bar）漢堡價格很高, 我到達那天由於趕火車的原因一天沒吃東西～點了個漢堡€20歐/個 提拉米蘇€10/份～當時上菜的速度真的超級超級慢。正餐餐廳&早餐是同一個用餐地點——晚餐的菜單選擇比較少且價格較貴 不推薦。我是因為獨自旅行 所以幾頓晚餐都是回酒店吃的（怕在外逗留太晚不安全）。 3.前台服務總體還不錯。有問必答。 4.酒店封面那個泳池是沒有的（拆了好久了）我當初很大程度上也是被泳池吸引, 選了這家酒店。不過露天的院子裏現在有個瀑布可以觀賞。 5.如果不自駕的話 不建議大家選這家入住 因為出行交通不便 基本繞不開打車的需求 除非每天的行程完全按照Shuttle Bus的接送時間走。當然～有米不在乎那點錢的老闆們請隨意～

Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

我們的房間樓層高，無敵景色，負責開接駁車的司機Sam特別親切。早餐，還有泳池環境也不錯。 遺憾碰到一件意外事情，退房後發現我們停在酒店車場的車輪胎破了，不過酒店工作人員馬上幫我們給輪胎打氣，聯繫出租公司。
