Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

🏨很大很年輕化的一家青旅，院子有許多座椅，坐在外面曬太陽吹風很愜意，看介紹裏還有一個花園，但沒時間去了，想必很不錯，夏天來的話在樓頂的露天泳池應該會很幸福吧，因為夜景很美，還能遠眺到摩天輪。 🏊酒店處處都寬敞得不像在歐洲，我的房間甚至有一個很大的露台，夏天來的話我會在酒店多待一會。因為這兒真的很有活力，年輕活力的亮黃色粉刷讓人心情明媚，大廳像一個餐吧，每天都會有很多活動以及免費的意麪，時間充裕的話我會選擇多住一陣，好好感受每一個角落。

位置很好，離火車站很近，且讓我們提前入住了，這點很好，但給的是一個臨街的房子，千萬不要選臨街的房間！非常非常吵！汽車聲，火車聲，摩託車聲，城軌聲，關了陽台的門也沒用，甚至過車的時候房間玻璃還會輕微晃動，而且晚上會持續到很晚，早上也會很早就響起來。

設施：沒想到這個酒店還蠻大，有兩幢樓，還有泳池和健身房，但基本還是青年旅社的配置，房間有陽台，但陽台和隔壁房間是通的，私密性不夠。 環境：靠馬路，對面有個酒吧，營業到比較晚，青年人聚會，有點吵！ 服務：Check In 下午三點以後，Check Out上午十點，不在時間段無法提前入住，CheckOut以後再要寄行李是收費的，3歐一件 衞生：基本可以吧！每天有打掃 佛羅倫薩不大，到哪裡基本步行可達，離中央市場很近，可以走過去吃東西。

這家酒店房間非常漂亮乾淨！提供了很多一次性用品，包括一次性拖鞋和身體乳，在歐洲酒店裡十分罕見，我們住的房間有個小陽台，望出去很漂亮，能看到樓下的泳池跟周圍的樹林。 早餐雖然不太符合我的口味，但是品類很豐富，甚至有帶蜂巢的蜂蜜。 前台可以幫忙免費寄存行李。 酒店有可以免費借用的長柄傘，當天剛好下雨了所以這點非常人性化。 唯一能算上缺點的就是這樣雖然直線距離上離佛羅倫薩車站很近，但是實際從車站出來到酒店還是需要走比較長一段路，而且佛羅倫薩那個車站出站要下一段樓梯，帶着大件行李真的很不方便，帶着大件行李走到酒店這段路就顯得更漫長了，特別是還有分叉口，信號不好的時候地圖顯示不清楚很容易走錯路。 但還是非常推薦，這家酒店內部環境維護的很好，前台接待很有耐心跟禮貌。還有機會去佛羅倫薩會繼續選擇這家酒店，這價格真的很良心了

我們住的很好,房間寬敞,很舒服。唯一一點,在trip.com上沒有指定房間不是直接是酒店的一部分,而是4分鐘一棟樓的房間。檢查的地址是Via delle Ruote, 52, 50129 Firenze FI, Italy (Hotel royal)。我們仍然可以享受早餐,游泳池和行李寄存的所有服務。我推薦

度假感滿滿的營地，非常推薦自駕來佛羅倫薩的朋友入住，去市區坐公交車很方便，營地前台就有賣車票。營地在攜程的照片太謙虛了，實際上有三個大泳池，小朋友們玩得可嗨了，營地的餐廳也很不錯，還配備超市。

最美麗、安靜寧靜的地方,自助早餐很棒,景色令人歎爲觀止,工作人員走過去,謝謝Andrea,其他客人友好,每個人都很開心。喜歡它想回來更長的住宿。游泳池也不錯
