工作人員熱情好客，設施非常適合家庭入住，食物也很美味，我們點了客房服務，令我們震驚的是份量很大，特別是牛肉布拉羅和煎餅，我們只有2 名成人1 名兒童，我們不知道如何很大，義大利麵也不錯，可以要求做成菲律賓風格，如果在房間裡添加一個響鈴按鈕或門鈴，服務會更好，這樣我們就更清楚他們正在為房間提供服務，我們喜歡牛奶和餅乾服務但是由於我們不知道有人敲門，所以我們很晚才看到一封信，並且可以在房間內添加一輛推車或手推車來裝食物，自助早餐非常棒，非常好，我喜歡咖啡和巧克力，嗯！選擇非常菲律賓，自助餐也非常好！甚至沒有一次食物耗盡，總而言之，我們的經歷很好，期待與家人再次光臨，但會確保至少 2-3 天，這個詞是“咬”的，對團隊表示敬意

我們透過攜程預訂了一間高級房，上面寫著可以選擇一張加大雙人床或兩張單人床。然而，我們直接聯繫飯店確認後，被告知房間只有一張加大雙人床，沒有兩張單人床的選擇。這讓我們很失望，因為房源資訊具有誤導性。 之後，我們要求升級房間，但入住當天，飯店告知我們由於雨水滲漏，無法升級。由於選擇有限，我們不得不繼續入住原來的房間，並額外付費加床，但不幸的是，加床的床鋪並不太舒服。床上用品也多處破損，影響了整體舒適度。 此外，電視由於網路問題無法使用，我們預訂的另一間房間最終也沒人住。飯店告知前台會收到通知，但並沒有明確的更新資訊。 最後，WiFi訊號非常弱——我必須把門敞開才能獲得穩定的連線。 雖然工作人員很有禮貌，但我們希望飯店能夠改善溝通、清單準確性和房間設施，以提供更好的客人體驗。

價格比該地區其他酒店高出不少，但景色絕佳。 我們預訂的三間房中，有兩間窗外就是牆。 剩下的一間房間有一個陽台，可以欣賞到湖泊和塔爾火山的壯麗景色。 唯一的缺點是自助早餐種類有限，品質也普通。

We stayed in this hotel because it was close to a friend’s wedding venue. The hotel is on a vast property and is quite nice to look at as you drive up the grand driveway. We arrived late in the evening of our first night. Lobby staff were quite nice but when we got to our room which was pretty far away, the room cards weren’t working. Luckily, a staff member was walking by and helped us get a new card. We stayed here four nights and had problems with the room card every time we returned to our room. Pretty frustrating. The hotel has a beautiful view of the volcano and surrounding mountains but it is old and feeling worn down. Breakfast was ok and staff were friendly. Wouldn’t come again though. But thanks for the stay!

Had an amazing restful time at Via Appia Tagaytay! We checked in late so we were kinda worried we wouldn't be able to fully enjoy the stay, but it's still a nice experience. Toiletries and slippers were provided, towels weren't in the room yet so we had to request and it took some time for the staff to deliver it to our room since they're fully booked and we were informed that there was only one staff doing room service that night, probably because it was already a bit late. But other than that, the staff and even the guards are all accommodating and super nice. Plus points that they are not super strict with pets, unlike other ”pet-friendly” hotels. Serving of breakfast took a bit of time but the food is nice nonetheless. Property is far from the Taal View but the view from the room and the open area of the hotel is beautiful in itself and also very relaxing. Good for families! We weren't able to use the heated pool and the game room due to lack of time, so I'd recommend staying here for 2 nights or more.

這家飯店非常適合帶寶寶的家庭旅行，我們預訂了兩臥室套房，一間給保姆，一間給我們自己。 讓我不太滿意的一點是，辦理入住時，一樓非常吵鬧擁擠……前台解釋說當時有活動，我能理解，但等待辦理入住時感覺很不舒服。 我記得酒店介紹說“全新裝修”，但房間有些地方看起來很舊……比如淋浴區、衛生間的地板、陽台都生鏽了，毛巾也感覺很舊……不過價格便宜，所以我也沒抱怨這些……只是希望酒店能改進一下這些地方。 飯店位置真的很好！著名的「Rosario pamanang panlas」餐廳就在飯店對面，旁邊還有一個小型購物中心，步行只需一兩分鐘。空中牧場也在附近。透過窗戶可以看到湖泊和火山，景色非常優美！ 大家都很友善熱情，感謝你們這三天的服務… 如果下次再去，我們還會選擇這裡…👍

在菲律賓大雅台霍茲酒店及度假村的住宿期間，我們發現周圍環境非常優美，寧靜祥和，是遠離城市的完美休憩之所。房間對一家人來說足夠寬敞，床又大又舒適，可以輕鬆容納兩個人。提供的盥洗用品還是比較滿意的，整體來說房間還是比較乾淨的。然而，我們確實注意到床上有一些小昆蟲和一些灰塵，可能是由於該地區周圍的樹木造成的。儘管有這些小小的不便，飯店仍然是放鬆身心的好地方。寧靜的環境和充足的設施使其成為短期度假的宜人選擇。

我們住的一晚房間乾淨寬敞。我們喜歡的一點是，他們在房間和客廳之間設有隔間。 我們注意到有一些事情需要改進。沒有為客人提供拖鞋，但有一雙浴室使用。除了一卷紙巾外，他們不提供洗髮精、牙膏、牙刷、肥皂等盥洗用品。淋浴排水管排水很慢。馬桶沒有固定，沒有密封膠，使用後站起來時會移動（如果因移動而破裂，可能會引發事故）。需要確保客人的安全。 他們提供廚房用具，但缺少叉子和湯匙。總而言之，上述缺陷並沒有影響我們的住宿，即使我們因為大雅台的寒風天氣而關掉空調，我們仍然睡得很好。
