除了漂亮跟服務好以外 沒有任何優點⋯ 泳池跟健身房都不開放 浴缸水放出來竟然是綠色的 用濾芯蓮蓬頭開水 馬上髒掉⋯ 水質有夠可怕 比宿霧市區的水還髒

是一次完美的蜜月旅行!!! 離開的時候捨不得的嗚嗚哭了一路 老闆my lord Mike還有Sarah Tom 都是特別熱心的幫助我們 像家人！完全的賓至如歸！！！ 真的像做夢一樣開心 服務很好 特別像回家的感覺 比回自己那個窒息的原生家庭 要幸福很多 得到了很好的招待和居住體驗 食物也是很不錯的 按摩又便宜又好 想再回去住一段時間～

酒店距離宿霧機場打車差不多半個小時，grab過去人民幣50，但是機場打white taxi一口價是300比索（我也不知道grab為啥貴一點） 先説優點:酒店整體是有一點設計感的，早上漲潮的時候去海邊拍照，酒店自己的沙灘還是比較出片的，沙灘邊有出海，fishing，摩託艇這些自費項目；三個泳池水質都不錯（落葉除外）；披薩hut的價格相對實惠，allgero全日餐廳的晚餐牛肋排必點，950比索一大塊牛肉，味道也很不錯；員工非常友好，衹要你英語能連猜帶比劃，他們都很樂意提供協助，前提是你自己得多去表達～有一次alipay付款延遲了，餐廳員工也多方核實到了～態度一直都很友好，這也是我給滿分💯的最重要原因～ 再説説不足:首頁酒店自己的宣傳似乎不那麼到位，去之前發現這個酒店國人的攻略評價就很少，網上攻略幾乎沒有，到了酒店果然發現大部分都是韓國人和歐美國家，國人大概10%不到吧；其次就是在攜程上對房型的分類不是很讓人看得懂，其實這個行政豪華房就是在酒店唯一一幢6層建築的樓裏面，怕蟲的可以備註高層，但是這一幢是臨街的，會讓人感覺安全感沒那麼足～其實酒店也有類似馬代“沙屋”的房型，但是在攜程上看不出來是哪種，建議可以更新一下～再就是衞生方面有兩點，第一個是自助晚餐的fly確實是有點多了，感覺歐美人好像不太在乎……另一個是酒店的水質，圖我就不放了，自帶了換濾芯的花灑🚿，洗澡一次就黃了！四天換了三個！omg～不知道是不是宿霧這邊都是海水過濾的，因為感覺有點鹹鹹的……所以到了酒店以後一定要出門右轉，去一個zmn什麼的mart給我買礦泉水！大瓶的！洗漱我覺得用得着（但是在酒店吃了十幾餐，也沒鬧肚子啥的，所以也可能是我多慮了） 整體而言，我覺得這家酒店是有點被宣傳低估了的美景酒店，想要感受當地人文的建議可以來住幾天（p.s晚餐餐廳的singer，那首top of the world唱的真不錯）

毛巾、床單這些布草洗的很乾凈。一般來説，東南亞很多本地民宿和中低端酒店都喜歡用柔順劑，但是柔順劑會讓布料不透氣、不吸水。這家酒店的布草沒有用柔順劑，是正常洗乾淨了的酒店床單和毛巾，透氣性、吸水性都是正常的。 酒店離機場不遠，但是堵車嚴重，一定要提前出門。如果是要去大島的市中心碼頭區域的話，會更堵，做好一個半小時的準備。 美中不足的兩個缺點：第一個是房間比較小；第二個是中央空調的噪音比較大，並且製冷效果一般，房間可以涼快下來，但是温度不會特別低。 早餐很好，甚至有國內已經標配了的現煮粉面。 酒店沒有4、13、14層。

我們在這裡住了一天 所有的服務人員都非常的親切，我們預定了一個浪漫的私人晚餐，服務生超級熱心 途中突然下了暴雨，他還敢忙著把兩隻傘撐起來跑過來幫我們擋雨。我們在這度過浪漫難忘的時光。

於2025年12月27~29日入住河景倶樂部套房. 房間非常大且舒適！入住房時發現到保險箱不能使用、因此使用房裡電話通知了接聽櫃枱、等了三十分鐘還沒來、因此又撥了第二次、説會馬上來處理。於是就入浴浴缸、浴後放水時、可能水管問題、整間浴室都是水。於是撥了電話通知。順便説了下保險箱還沒來處理. 交代現在會去倶樂部及晚餐、維修人員可以自己進房修理。晚飯後接近九點了、回房檢查浴缸、處理好了。保險箱卻還是沒處理、因此又再次拔了電話。終於才來處理。 整體上是間非常不錯的五星酒店、隔壁就是擅長非常方便。早餐午餐晚餐自助餐都非常的不錯。海鮮食材有提升的必要。衹是覺得酒店人員待客禮貌上需要提升。大部分的酒店人員並沒有很好的和客人打招呼或微笑。沒有五星級酒店的水準。

I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

雖然地處偏遠，但這是一家非常漂亮、舒適的飯店。員工效率高，服務品質高，簡直難以置信這是在菲律賓。食物也很美味，所以我每天都去。游泳池也很有趣。

1. 飯店位於麥克坦島的盡頭，所以門前沒有停車位，可能不太方便。 2. 飯店靠近金芒果烤肉餐廳 (Gold Mango Grill)，所以接送費很便宜。 3. 您可以支付 13 比索乘坐任何一輛吉普尼前往新麥克坦島。 4. 泳池雖小，但人不多，感覺很私密。 5. 私人海灘很適合浮潛，人也不多。 6. 早餐選擇有限，但夠了。

這是最後一刻才預訂的。我們長途旅行後晚上8點到達飯店，還好還有空房。前台接待員（Kuya和Ate）——我覺得他們可能是老闆或管理員——非常友好和熱情。他們解答了我們所有的疑問，甚至還給我們提供了一些線上預訂的建議，以及他們開業時間等資訊。飯店很新，房間也很乾淨，也很新。 我們去過很多地方，但只有這家酒店有游泳池，房間和床都很大，有獨立的浴室/衛生間、空調、電視和免費無線網絡，而且兩人入住每晚只需700比索。不過，浴室裡沒有衣架，但有一個掛衣櫃，可以掛衣服，也可以把濕衣服掛在房間外面。 我們真希望先看到這個地方，因為我們之前預訂的那個地方也花了700比索，但沒有泳池，房間很小，只有一張雙層床，沒有電視和獨立衛生間/浴室。 根據Kuya介紹，他們也提供餐飲服務，可以舉辦私人活動。泳池前的迷你茶水間也提供免費咖啡和水。 如果您想預訂含早餐的房間，他們也提供早餐。他們還提供菜單，列出所有可選的菜餚，價格合理。 總的來說，我們非常喜歡這個地方，照片裡看到的和實際看到的完全一樣。我們會再次預訂這裡，慶祝我伴侶弟弟的生日。 謝謝！
