沙利山皇冠酒店賓館(Crown Hotel Surry Hills)

The door to our bathroom couldn’t be opened or closed without getting stuck, we had to lift the door and use our bodies to push it. The shower drain was clogged and so the water would pool at the bottom and spill out of the shower. We had slept in late (only till 10) when the room cleaners came around and let themselves into the room without warning. There was zero parking so we had to risk getting a fine, luckily we didn’t. There was no mattress cover, just a sheet, the quilt was sandwiched by two sheets, no quilt cover. Other than that the place was quite nice as well as staff. Not worth the price though unfortunately.

Loved staying here, nearby the Moore Park SCG, Hordern Pavillion and Allianz stadium for sport and concerts I attended. Crown Street is full of great local restaurants and cafes, and the pub downstairs has great food and drinks. Rooms are completely silent, air conditioned and beds nice big and comfy. Everything was nice and clean, looking forward to coming back here on my next trip.

This property is clean and seems recently renovated. Its also spacious compared to some other hotels. They have a basic breakfast and coffee tea milk available which is a bonus. I will stay again.

マラソン出場のため３泊しました。ボンダイビーチ行きの大通り沿いで 1階がスポーツバーなので騒音が心配でしたが、ホテルは3階にあり夜も静かでした。浴槽なしのシャワーだけの部屋でしたが故障もなく清潔でした。共用のキッチンがあり簡単な朝食、常時利用出来る飲み物やシリアル、調理器具、食器があります。ホテルの受付けや荷物を預けたりなどはスポーツバーの人が気さくに対応してくれます。 周囲はかわいい建物や公園が点在する治安の良い街でレストランやカフェが豊富です。歩いて５分でライトレールの駅、１分で東西や南北行きのバス停がある便利な所です。

We stayed here for 4 nights in May 2022 and what a calamity of an experience. It even begun before we landed in Sydney with them cancelling our booking due to a water leak in the room they allocated to us. After trying to find alternative accommodation at the last minute we were then advised all was OK. The greeting when we arrived was good and we were shown our room located directly behind the communal kitchen (room 1). Apparently they supplied a continental breakfast each morning with bakery items, cereals, orange juice, coffee but you wouldn't know it because only on one morning of the four we were there we were greeted with leftover crumbs or one lonely croissant. On one morning there was even no milk, coffee or orange juice at all. This place does not have a manned reception which I have no issue with but each time we went downstairs to the bar to ask a question we were treated with distain from the girls working there. The room was spacey but just really poor hygiene and basic....very basic. Then to top it off on our final night the vanity in the bathroom fell off the wall and onto me throwing out all our toiletries and leaving me with a heavy bang on the head. They couldn't fix the problem and instead arranged alternate accommodation at another hotel so we had to pack up our bags and relocate unexpectedly. By the time we got to the other hotel it was 11:15pm and we had to leave the following morning. They didn't even offer us any compensation or at the very least a breakfast voucher considering we had only managed to get something to eat on 1 of the 4 mornings we were there. Just really poor service with little regard to how it impacted us. NEVER AGAIN.

Warmly welcomed and allowed early check in. Room comfortable and clean, but a sprinker wasn't properly installed in ceiling. Room was off terrace, only one other room had access. Could use kitchen 24/7. Breakfast included- fresh croissants and pastries on first morning, but not the next morning which was disappointing. Cereal, yoghurt, juices, coffee, tea, chocolate and milk available. No bread even though there was a toaster. Above a pub with pokies and sports bar, but could not hear any noise. Location was great and restaurants abundant.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Quiet. During winter they need to make extra blankets available. There were none in the cupboard. Breakfast was ok.

The room was clean and serviced every day. The room was quite cold.
