悉尼希爾頓歡朋酒店(Hampton Inn by Hilton Sydney)

The front desk worker who introduced the property was nice. However, the room's furniture was worn and in need of replacing, the jacuzzi's electronics (the buttons) didnt work. The room had a general unclean feeling. Some things in the room like the stereo didnt have bluetooth. This was a great room 10 years ago but needs updating. The front desk worker on the way out didnt say hello, he said "what?" And didnt ask how our stay was. "What room you in?" And then he also didnt thank us for staying. Didnt say have a nice day. He said "k its paid". Very unprofessional.

This is the best property to stay at in the Sydney area. Clean, modern spacious rooms. It was disappointing however that they do not have EV charging available on the property. There is one RV outlet in the back that used to work and now it doesn’t. People with EVs can however use the post office chargers that are located a 10 minute walk away which is inconvenient. Hot breakfast is very good.

This hotel stay was a part of a 7 day road trip we were taking. What an amazing hotel. Newly updated setting hotel, such a comforting feeling. Staff were extremely customer service oriented, and the attention to detail was great. We even stayed at another Hampton Inn during our trip and it didn’t compare to this location! Outstanding Hotel!

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was very enjoyable and relaxing. It is a typical Hampton, but the difference was the staff from reception to management to the breakfast staff. They were all very friendly. And they were helpful in recommending restaurants or pizza delivery. And the breakfast staff was very friendly and accommodating first thing in the morning. We would definitely recommend the hotel for a pleasant stay.

The stay was excellent as usual, the room was clean and the breakfast was great. The only downside is that the waterslide is still broken, my daughter was a little disappointed, otherwise everything was great, and they also never have any towels at the pool, it would be a bonus if they provided them.

Super nice lobby and breakfast buffet. Kinda noisy parking lot, so if you have a 1st floor room, just FYI. BUT the rooms are tall and spacious which is super nice and had no problem parking. Great staff and service. Highly recommend.

We drove 2 hours and booked this hotel specifically for the water slide. We get here and are notified it’s out of order. A complete waste of time and money.
