Great place

Las habitaciones están muy cómodas, pero los recepcionistas no hablan español, el elevador estaba descompuesto y subir tres pisos con maletas grandes no está bien.

Tenemos varios años llegando a este hotel y cada día va bajando de categoría. Los baños están sucios, los muebles viejos. Les hace falta una remodelación. Y no dan servicio de limpieza diario.

The cleanliness of the rooms were not clean at all and also had pest Infestation. Advise management and weren't offered a discount or anything to accommodate for the conditions and inconvenience. Will not stay here again.

It was good the pillow were hard and the blankets were. Not warm enough and they did not have enough towels

This property has the Wyndham name associated with it and was the worst property that I have stayed at under the Wyndham umbrella. This property should not be associated as it is confusing. The assumption is that the quality of the property would be much higher.

Outside appearance was descent. Room was lacking attention to detail. Door was was so out of alignment light could clearly be seen through the lower left and upper right. The control panel of the heating and air-conditioning unit was so worn it was unreadable...which made it useless. The louvers were caked with dust and dirt. No bedspread...a top sheet over a thin blanket.

The only good thing I can say is that the hotel is as clean as it could be given the ramshackle state of the property. It is in a sketchy neighborhood, no irons, broken elevator, outside walkway is crooked and almost ready to collapse, mysterious carpet stains, uncomfortable bed, musty smell, barely any hot water. It’s the type of place that you’d rent by the hour. Not good.

Well, the cleaning service you need to ask for it, it’s not available daily

There was graffiti on the inside of the bathroom door. Multiple stains on the carpet and ceiling. Very noisy. People coming and going at all hours of the night talking very loudly and arguing, cussing outside of our room. Did not feel the safest with my children. The elevator did not work the entire time and we were on the 3rd floor.

Everything in general was ok Front Door needed to be replaced

Grounds were pretty rough. Coffee spilled on the floor and in the elevator. 1st room had what looked like vomit dried on the carpet between the bed and nightstand. 2nd room was decent.

Stayed 2 days, room not cleaned no new towels 1st day needed blankets
