雅佩託斯酒店(Iapetos Village)

Επισκεφτήκαμε τον Ιαπετό 3 οικογένειες 19-21/6. Παρ'όλο που έχουμε επισκεφτεί τη Σύμη πολλές φορές, η πρώτη μας αυτή παραμονή σ'αυτή τη μικρή όαση στο κέντρο του Γιαλού, θα μας μείνει αξέχαστη. Το περιβάλλον ήταν πολύ όμορφο και πολύ προσεγμένο για τα παιδιά. Είχαμε συνεχώς την αίσθηση της ασφάλειας κυρίως όταν τα παιδιά έπαιζαν στην πισίνα η οποία ήταν ορατή απ' όλα τα δωμάτια-σπιτάκια. Ήταν ένα 2ήμερο απόλυτης χαλάρωσης για τους γονείς και μοναδικών εμπειριών για τα παιδιά. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο με πολλά τοπικά προιόντα. Ευχαριστούμε το προσωπικό για τη ιδιαίτερη φροντίδα που επέδειξαν σε όλα τα τμήματα όπως και για το ζεστό τους χαμόγελο. Προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο για όλων των ειδών τους επισκέπτες.

Such a shame that the pool is covered by what we thought is an unattractive construction. Everything else was good.

I wouldn't normally review a place while still there but honestly I'm just blown away by this place. Stunning accommodation, tastefully decorated in keeping with the beauty of Symi Island. Staff have been very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was ample catering to different tastes. Would definitely return. I would love to see a way for those if us who are animal lovers to help the local cats. I know there are organisations locally who do this and it would be nice if guests who want to could easily support them.

All of the Glowing Reviews are True: Just meters from the waterfront and Tavernas, Iapetos is a little village within the village. Just away from the noise and crowds. Lovely courtyard and pool areas, with a full breakfast and bar service. Air Con and internet are also first rate. The staff are very friendly and helpful and directed us to some outstanding restaurants and tavernas and things to do.

From the moment we arrived at Iapetos Village in Symi, we knew we were in for a unique experience. Nestled in the heart of the charming old town, this hidden gem encapsulates everything there is to love about the idyllic Greek islands What sets Iapetos Village apart is its blend of tradition and comfort. The architecture retains the classic charm of Symi, with picturesque whitewashed structures, vibrant blue, yellow sharp accents, and cobbled pathways that lead to quaint, well-appointed rooms. Every corner of the village exudes an air of tranquillity and understated elegance. The jungle of plants in the Main area sourrunding the pool area. The village's location is another major plus. It offers easy access to Symi's main attractions while providing a peaceful retreat from the day's activities. After exploring the vibrant local life and culture, it was a delight to return to our serene haven at Iapetos Village.

Recently returned from very enjoyable 2 week stay at Iapetos in which we explored the beautiful island of Symi which I last visited in 1980.The hotel is very well sited , a short flat stroll to the central harbour with its tavernas and bars.We stayed in a two storey maisonette which has stairs which are a little daunting at first, and not for the less mobile.! The accommodation was large ,comfortable, well furnished, well equipped, and immaculately cleaned and presented.The small balconies generally look out over the gardens and accommodation. The air conditioning worked extremely well and was gratefully used to get a good nights sleep.Gardens immaculately kept as is the covered small swimming pool, which, probably due to the cover and its siting, is rarely used by guests.There is little room to sunbathe which was disappointing.I ventured in a couple of times for a dip in two weeks but found the sea more attractive and warmer.As others have stated breakfast is more than adequate if a little uninspiring and taken by us in the garden.Staff without exception very efficient, friendly,and willing to help.All in all a great couple of weeks and will be high on our list should we return in the future.

We stayed here for 4 nights in a large maisonette. The way it was furnished was a little strange as downstairs there was a very uncomfortable sofa which faced the kitchen appliances. The tv was upstairs in the bedroom covering a large mirror! There was a lot of storage, a bathroom and a shower room which seemed a lot for 2 people. The upstairs balcony was very small. It was all very clean and was cleaned daily. The bed was a little hard and so were the pillows. The breakfast was adequate but not a lot of choice. The breakfast room is downstairs in a basement so everyone carries their food up to the bar area. The bar was often closed in the evening. However the hotel is very close to the centre of Symi with many restaurants and bars. The swimming pool is covered but the temperature is very cold. We didn’t see anyone swimming in it. The cats drank the water!

Fantastic hotel, nice atmosphere, lovely breakfast, nice and clean everywhere and very friendly staff. Close to harbour, very quiet og nice garden. A perfekt place to spend a holiday. We will come back. We spent 10 days in october, perfekt time, not to hot.

Our 4th visit to Iapetos. Very high standards of cleanliness and gardens and pool are maintained to impeccable standards. Staff friendly and helpful throughout our two week stay . Location is perfect. Close to bars and restaurants but quiet .
