It was a good service

The first front desk reception clerk we had was Not very pleasant. However the send front desk reception clerk we encountered was amazing. The room was beautiful and spacious and the beds were so comfy. The pool was on the small side but warm so the kids loved it. The chef was the icing on the top though. The breakfast special was amazing and he was so energetic.

This has been one of our favorite places to stay. Staff was friendly and the rooms were good size for the three of us with extra sink and microwave. Even though the pool was busy we were able to have fun and enjoy it. The bartenders were so nice and explained the complementary drinks for us. The breakfast crew were fast and friendly as well while putting out a great breakfast! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Had another great staycation at Embassy Suites! Room was clean and comfortable. The welcome reception was nice with complimentary snacks and beverages. Enjoyed the pool, and breakfast buffet in the morning had lots of great selections (and the friendliest cook at the omelet station!)

The hotel was very spacious and fitted our little group quite well. I was a bit disappointed to find that the sofa bed I was supposed to sleep on wasn’t changed and after pulled off the sheets there were tiny black curly hairs (ew). But the breakfast was great - honestly some of the best I have had and the hotel accommodated my requests.

Staff was great and very friendly. Mall is a short safe walk away which is great! Room was clean which is always nice. Only complaint was floor around pool was a little dirty but I am a clean freak. Definitely will stay there again!

We stayed at the location because it is right across the street from the Destiny Mall. It makes it so easy to shop, walk over to the hotel for a short break then walk back to the mall. The room was comfortable (we did turn the ac on because we were super warm after walking around the mall). The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices and even an option to have eggs cooked to order. We did have two things that bothered us slightly. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, especially the bathroom. Also, upon returning to the hotel in the evening there were several smokers just outside the main entrance which gave a bit of a smoke cloud to walk through to enter. We have stayed at this location before and will stay again.

Staff could not find Hilton reservation in their system sent from *******. Check in was delayed. Confirmation notification from ******* did not clearly indicate what the Hilton confirmation number was. The suite is cramped and the carpeting and furniture show signs of wear. Lighting in the bedroom is inadequate.

Usually when I stay here it’s perfect and I’ve been here several times when visiting family. This time the woman I checked in with was not the least bit friendly. When I got to the room to shower there was hair ALLLLL over the walls and the tile had some type of grit like sand on it. The pillow also had a TON of hair all over it and very visible oil spots. Pillow cases were definitely not changed. So disgusting. Not what I expected from a Hilton and almost $300 a night.
