錫拉丘茲市中心阿莫里廣場萬怡酒店(Courtyard Syracuse Downtown at Armory Square)

Was put in a handicap room. Wasn’t happy and asked why? Desk clerk told me because we checked in early! Check in was 3:00. We checked in at 2:45. He never gave us an option to wait for a regular room as booked. I asked to be moved and after a long disappointing conversation, we were moved to room as booked.

The stay was less than satisfactory. Their restaurant and bar were not opened and it was never mentioned on this site nor on Marriott’s site that it was closed. That was one of the reasons we choose this hotel. The 1st room we were put in had a terrible odor. Then placed in a different room no odor but carpet, furniture and wall stains throughout. Had to ask for the sheets and blankets for the pull out couch - we were registered for 4 people. The pull out couch mattress did not even fit the frame it was at least 6 inches too small. I was told our parking fees would be waived due to our dissatisfaction with the lack of services but instead I was charged for 2 cars.

Hotel was in a great location, service was fantastic! The pool was nice, but could have used a hot tub as well. The beds were nice but a bit old.

Staff was very nice but the stay itself was not great. The beds were like bricks, there were a group of girls next to us that we could hear as if they were in the room with us and the next day at checkout we were charged parking fees that we were never informed would be on the bill.

Beds seemed to be old and hard, floor was dirty. I kept my shoes on until I went to bed. I will not stay there again.

Good spot to stay if you want to be able to walk around the popular downtown shops and restaurants.

Property was nice as were the employees. Electric sockets next to bed did not work which I needed for my CPat machine. Club across the street was so loud could hear their music in our 6th floor room.

Check in staff not very friendly and they blamed ******* for apparently giving inacccurate descriptions of the room when there weren't enough beds for our family. But they were able to provide an extra bed after some back and forth discussions which we did appreciate. The rooms basically do not sleep 5 people even though the description says so. But the hotel location was good, close to downtown.
