錫拉丘茲市中心貝斯特韋斯特套房酒店(Best Western Syracuse Downtown Hotel and Suites)

The hotel is located in the town, the building is old but refurbished. Aircon abit noisy, breakfast is great.

Would have been better if they didn't stick us in the absolute smallest room they had. Stay would have been extended but room size was number one reason that did not occur.

I hate to give it such a poor review because it's a friendly hotel in a sweet little historic building. But it seems to be located in a really noisy spot--overlooking a park and a couple of blocks where people gather at night--and it has no real protection from the sound. We were kept up until two or three in the morning by people shouting, cars playing their music really loudly, etc. And this was on a Wednesday night. I wouldn't go back, unfortunately.

The only elevator in the building was not working. They put me on the 11th floor. I am 62 years old. No one offered to carry my bags. I had to lug them up 11 floors. A/C sounded like a freight train, coffee maker didn't work. Parking lot had about 15 parking spaces, always full. No place to park anywhere close. Had to drive around over and over to find a spot. After going up 11 flights of stairs 5 times, I had enough. Manager acted like I was inconveniencing her because I wanted my money refunded. The WORST hotel experience I have EVER had

I was welcomed at the entrance of the hotel by an employee who was high out of their mind. I couldn't understand a word they were saying, their eyes were very red and they reeked of ****. The receptionist was slightly better but just seemed like they were waiting to get off their shift and I was an inconvenience. The parking available is a joke. It's a very short walk away and the hotel only had two key fobs to enter so you have to wait for someone else to come back so you can park. My friends car also got broken into in the parking lot. The elevator at the hotel has a mind of it's own and takes extremely long to go anywhere. Better off taking the stairs if you can. The room was okay, but not impressive. one of our hand towel had a giant orange stain, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and the bathroom door couldn't open completely and hit the center of the sink.

El cuarto que nos dieron tiene el colchón en mal estado y al dormir duele toda la espalda, ademas nos dijeron que no hacen servicio de limpieza diario, se acabo el ph Toilet, las toallas no eran suficientes para 4 dias, etc

Staff super friendly and helpful. They have security cameras on the parking lot where they monitor from front desk. I felt my car was secure. Room super clean. Would stay again.

Excellent hotel. Lovely, charming and very clean. I have a gripe with the beds not being very comfortable and the pillows are low quality. Everything else is 5 stars.
