Wiechlice宮殿(Pałac Wiechlice)

Ostatnia wizyta w restauracji (ogródku) bardzo nieudana. Czekaliśmy około pół godziny na menu i ostatecznie sami podeszliśmy do jednej z Pań złożyć zamówienie. Panie kelnerki jakby specjalnie nas omijały, ponieważ inne stoliki które przyszły później składały i otrzymały swoje zamówienia. Pani kelnerka była neutralna w zachowaniu i nie spodziewaliśmy się tak nijakiej obsługi. Kawa sama w sobie bardzo niesmaczna, jakby spalona. Postanowiliśmy zostawić pełne filiżanki i jak najszybciej opuścić to miejsce. Ogromne rozczarowanie ponieważ mielismy okazji gościć 1,5 roku temu i obsługa była wspaniała, jedzenie pyszne. Miejsce samo w sobie przepiękne, idealne na wypad w słoneczny dzień.

Restauracja w dniu dzisiejszym - zdecydowanie nie polecam. Byliśmy nie pierwszy raz i nie jedną uroczystość tam świętowaliśmy, ale raczej będzie to nasz ostatni raz. Ponad 40 minut czekaliśmy na obsługę, która dopiero na naszą prośbę podeszła. Jedzenie nie doprawione, jałowe i mdłe, Makaron rozgotowany, razem z sosem wyglądał jak zupa, łososia w środku nie było , pierogi rownież rozgotowane trzy z nich pęknięte z surową cebulą w środku i wodą z gotowania. Całe zamowienie podane jako letnie. Obsługa na uwagi na temat jedzenia reaguje ironicznym uśmiechem. Nie polecam

Very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. Back in 2020 I rated this hotel with 5 stars but ownership changed in June 2023 and unfortunately not for the better. Had the “appartement “ in the main building just above the reception area with a balcony but that was the only positive. The bathroom had odours but worst of all the place hadn’t been dusted for some time despite a sticker on the door saying it had been cleaned; perhaps, but how many moons ago and this for the most expensive room. Really a disappointing experience. Better alternatives exist in this part of Western Poland. Maybe the new management will get to grips with the challenges of running the place but I will wait to give them a chance.

It’s very pleasant place for spending weekend. Ther are lots of atractions: swimming pool, restaurant, SPA, free bicycles, gym, playground for kids. The service in restaurant is just great – efficiently worked. Delicious, vary breakfasts . The Hotel is sensitivelly decorated. The beatuful surrounding adds a charm. Widley extended vineyards encourage for long walking.

The buildings and grounds at the Palac are all in a wonderful state of care. It is very pleasant to stroll the grounds to visit the beautiful gardens, vineyard, pond with beach and watercraft (all inclusive, no extra charge). The indoor pool is located in a large vaulted ceiling building and is very clean, at a good temp, featuring jets and waterfalls. It is clean without a chlorine smell, and there is good ventilation and large windows. The shower and locker rooms are also clean. We found our room to be large, comfortable and modern. There is a large bathroom with excellent water pressure. We kept the window open and it was a quiet night, we slept well. As cyclists, we are always hungry and found both dinner and breakfast to be delicious! In our three week bike tour, this was the Best breakfast buffet that we have been treated to. Dinner was served by English-speaking waiters and consisted of a few courses of excellent quality and proper quantity. Some local foods were included. We were lucky enough to meet the friendly owner who shared some history and answered our questions. We highly recommend staying at this Palac!!

If I could give the Palac 100 stars I would. Not only is this place absolutely beautiful, the level of cleanliness, hospitality and thoughtfulness has no bounds. Our hosts made us feel very welcome, provided ample things to do on the grounds and provided delicious meals, coffees and homemade deserts every day with love and smiles on their faces. What a wonderful country and what wonderful people. We will be back! Extra special thank you for the Easter celebrations. The saxophone music was lovely, the priest blessing the eggs, the kielbasa roasting gathering around the fire and hot wine. So much care. We especially enjoyed the sauna, spa facilities and pool areas as well as the little lake and plenty of green space to relax and play.
