這個地方百分之百好，我可以毫無問題地使用住宿中包含的所有電器，例如電飯鍋、加熱器、熱水淋浴、無線網路等。景色真好，可以看日落和日出。 飯店設有 24 小時便利商店以及附近的餐廳。有些景點也位於住宿附近。

總體來說，Wind Residences 不錯，但我們租的單位缺乏可用的東西。沒有坐浴盆，燈壞了，床不太軟。

我們住的是 3 號塔樓 1733 室。飯店有 4 部電梯，但只有一部可以使用。廚房的水槽很髒，浴室的水槽也堵塞了。淋浴頭沒有把手，所以使用時必須握住它。那是非常不方便的。窗戶很髒。我們希望那些不是模具。單人床沒有提供床單。我們在電視櫃上找到了床單，但它們聞起來而且看起來是用過的。陽台上的桌子髒了還好。

It was fun, the staff were very accommodating and flexible even in crucial time.

There is no wifi or signal on our phones last night we had to go down the basement or the lobby to get signals or data, Tv also wont work we had the worst experience EVER. We tried to coordinate with the host but to surprise no answer and they even hang up on our calls last night. Were told also that there is no wifi on the unit but on our reservation the amenities include a wifi internet. In additional, No toiletries available. They don't provide that either. There is noises on other unit even at 12 midnight. We stay at the lobby must of time.

May uod sa cr grabe ang dumi. We’ve been waiting for the caretaker pa kasi dami nya inaassist na unit. Supposedly we should check in the night we booked it but they cannot be reached so we had to book another room from other people. Luckily they agreed na iresched yung date ksi fault nmn nila na wala sumasagot during the time na dpat mag check in n kmi. Grabe kadiri yung cr sis daming uod di ko kinayaaaa. Sa true lang.

The place is good and accessible to all. Will highly recommend and the caretaker is also kind and easy to communicate. FYI, no wifi and Globe & Smart signal is very weak in the place. No toiletries are available, so you need to bring your own. If you need an internet connection for work, highly suggest visiting Pocholo restaurant, they offer good food, free Wifi and best view of Taal Volcano.

Nice place for peace, but hoping amenities are included., we are not fully satisfied due to the place amenities not included.

The place was good, but I was so disappointed because the hotel staff did not inform us ahead of time that the room I booked and paid for online was not available. They did not even double-check the room I paid for. In fact, the staff accompanied us directly to the wrong room, and as soon as I noticed it was not the room I paid for, I contacted the staff directly but got a late response from them.

The location of the hotel is good but the ameneties or the renter is something to improve e.g. wifi.

Location was perfect however the room I booked wasnt match from the one I booked online and also the kitchen utensils are so old. Rice cooker is broken and there was no induction cooker! The water hose from the toilet is leaking.
