大雅台寵物友善酒店

我們在最後一刻預訂了過夜住宿(因爲我們在Tagaytay的通常去的地方都已預訂滿),我們對此並不後悔。我們爲8個家庭(包括3個10歲以下的孩子)買了家庭套房,這對我們所有人來說都是好事。酒店工作人員,特別是經理邁克和諾曼非常友好和包容。他們向我們做了很好的簡報,給了我們很多小費,所以我們一點也不介意晚上10點後服務有限。酒店的房間和內部設計非常有創意--實際上激勵我們把葡萄酒瓶和紙板回收到家庭裝飾中。位置也爲我們工作--它不是沿着繁忙的主幹道,而是離高速公路很近。它讓我們看起來好像被隱藏起來,我們很喜歡。它就在Aozora後面,Azora是Tagaytay最受歡迎的日本餐廳,所以這是一個很大的優勢(易於獲得美味的食物)。我們很高興能發現意外的發現,我們很高興能與更多的朋友和家人一起回來。謝謝生態酒店集裝箱團隊!

We spent a night here due to a nearby wedding. This was one of the few hotels with 2-bedroom options for our big family (6 in total). The good: great staff, especially front desk breakfast was really good, no bacon but it's not a luxury hotel. location is unbeatable with a supermarket and good selection of restaurants downstairs and across the street less than 5 minutes from sky ranch, good place to take the kids Room is large, plenty of space, beds were firm and quite good. Great view from the balconies looking out to the lake/volcano free parking in front and under the hotel Hotel has fantastic entry and exit points from the main road the meh: - The AC in the master's bedroom was blowing probably 25C air. Staff went up to check and the first one insisted that it was cold. The rest of the unit was doing 19-20C. That room you can immediately tell was NOT. We had to call the front desk again for it to be checked and after 2 more trips they finally figured the AC condenser was broken and it needed a freon recharge. By evening the room was getting cold. For a big repair they did it quite quick so kudos to them still. - The room had a stove and a kitchen but ZERO kitchen utensils. No spoons, forks, plates or even glasses. Not to mention no cooking equipment. What was the stove for? There was a microwave though, and the ref was working well. - There was a TV and a cable box, but no cable service until 9am the morning of our departure. I know this isn't the hotel's fault, but it's worth noting that providers in the area might not be reliable. Service was out for an entire day! Also, only the master's bedroom had a cable box, the living room did not. It was just a TV with no connections whatsoever. - The water pressure of the bathroom bidet is terrible, with no way to adjust - Hotel has free internet but limited to first three devices. So our family of six was half with and half without. The stay wasn't terrible by any means. We'll most likely return here in the future, given the room's size, but we'll probably be better prepared the next time.

My last visit was 2 years ago.. and yesterday I tried it again (Sept 11-12) When we arrived the room is not yet ready and waited for 20 mins before releasing the room. The FO duty gave me the WIFI password for 2 devices only. while waiting we already connected to the wifi however when we arrived at the room the signal is so week and no internet connection. We called assistance, the IT officer went to our room and check.. He offered other wifi connection but still not working.. He went to our room thrice but the connection is not FIXED. ” wala man lang pasensya na po Maam,. kasi ganito ganyan,,,... Ang sabi lang niya is ”Malakas naman po ang internet bakit kaya di naconnect?” Connected naman daw ang phone nya bakit samin ay hindi. Para sabihin ko lang din Hindi outdated ang phone namin and Samsung naman. I am telling you dis cuz ito din nagig problem ko from last stay ko.. And ngayon di pa padin nag babago, walang improvement. Second, BOTTLED WATER. Nilagay namin sa ref yung 2 tubig then nung iinumin na namin.. don lang namin napasin na bawas na pala ung isang bote. Then sakto may dumaan na housekeeping sinabi ko ung about sa tubig. and yes wala nanaman sinabing ”pasensya or whatsoever” wala kumuha lang sya ng tubig.. tinanong ko pala sya kung libre lang ba ung tubig kung mag add sabi nya OO so pinalitan naman nya ung tubig namin 4 na bote ang binagay nya.. so ito na nga Gabi na ubos na ang tubig namin,. tumawag ako sa FO to refill again the water and sabi is MAY BAYAD na daw. Php 70 isang bote ng Summit Water 500ML. WOW. I am also working sa hotel pero ang tubig is libre kahit gaano kadami ang hingin.. my bayad man ang tubig pero un is kung ung branded talaga na bottled water. 500 ml na summit is 15 pesos lang... So namahalan ako.. ginawa ko nag padeliver nalang ako. Third, Last day.. I ask the FOA if possible for late check out. 1PM lang naman.. Ang sagot lang nya sakin is ... Ay Maam, hindi ko po alam tatanong ko lang po sa Supervisor. But nung time na un is sya palang naak duty so sabi ko babalikan ko nalang sya.. So, Over all.. I think, NEED ng staffs nyo ng training on how to answer queries.complain,concern ng guets.. Okay naman ung hotel nyo sana kaso if ganon ang staffs nyo pumapangit ang Image.

We had an amazing experience at Crosswinds Ta***tay. we stayed at One Bedroom Deluxe and their rooms are very spacious and clean. if you are looking for a relaxing and quiet place I would recommend Crosswinds hotel , you can only hear the birds chirping all day. staffs are very accommodating. exceeds our expectation! plus the wifi is fast! Nice place cool ambiance its a quiet place, nice nature. If you are looking for fascinating nature and tranquil place this hotel is perfect, the hotel staff are accomodating, the room where we stayed was nice and chillin', the amenities was good and also their breakfast thou limited choices but yet 'twas tasty😋.Keep it up!👍

房間很小,但很乾淨。牀和枕頭都舒適。室內和大堂Wifi強大。工作人員很友好。大院內的Sweet Haven餐廳和Bella Pizza強烈推薦。沒有去嘗試泳池,是有點小,考慮到它對於酒店和住宅都是如此。當時游泳的人很多。總的來說,我會推薦這家酒店。謝謝。我們度過了非常愉快的住宿。
