Location was good, and room clean. Many maintenance and technical issues, though, largely due to limited on-site staff and being a remote, contactless facility. All communications through text message or phone. Issues: (1) Screen on sliding door to patio was missing and couldn't be replaced because of no maintenance staff handy. (2) No handy instructions on how to use TV, and then finally saw that had to create an account on an app and coordinate with my computer to get TV service -- totally unacceptable just to watch TV! So, I didn't do it. (3) Access to the internet was difficult/awkward to get and, even then, connection was inconsistent and often required repeated logins. (4) The pull rod broke off the curtain when I tried to close it. The housekeeping lady tried to fix it with her own tools from her car, but not a proper tool to do so and no maintenance staff on site to do it. They did give a small monetary consideration of $40 to compensate for all this. Still, the room was way overpriced.
