飯店整體乾淨舒適，人員服務熱情，建議可以多提供一些中文說明的字樣會更好，飯店大廳可以設立一台飲水機供進出的旅客使用，畢竟寒冷的天氣會需要補充溫熱的水，其它都很棒。 飯店有個小浴池，裡面的洗劑與清潔保養品（雪肌粹）都很棒，還有提供不喜公共浴場的住客入浴劑可以拿回房間泡澡用❤️❤️❤️ 入住2晚，如不需清潔房間告知櫃台還可以享有綠茶或啤酒回饋。 每天的18:00有Happy Hour可以免費喝一杯飲料或調酒，也有供應咖哩飯送完為止，可惜我去的時候已沒有咖哩飯了🥺

酒店位於高山駅附近，5分鐘內步程可達，位置方便。 酒店是溫泉旅館，無論是大浴場還是私人風呂設施也十分優越，很值得花時間在酒店內享用，舒緩旅途中的疲勞。 酒店職員親切有禮，而且酒店在指定時段還有免費拉麵、雪條、咖啡和茶飲提供，令住客賓至如歸。 這次住宿體驗非常良好，下次來高山有機會一定會選擇再次入住這間酒店。

高山站前的新酒店。雖然是住宿型酒店,但無論何處,藝術家作品都裝飾得非常時尚。這次是高級雙牀。房間本身沒有特別的特點,但是窗戶邊也有沙發可以放鬆。這個沙發可以變成牀,所以可以住3人。電熱水壺、空冰箱、洗衣乾燥機、微波爐等設施齊全。建議長期居住。浴室是小單位。特別是廁所很小。有一個舒適的大浴場,所以只想淋浴,然後放鬆一下廁所。酒店提供牙刷,1樓有免費的洗漱用品。剃鬚、刷子、茶葉、綠茶等茶袋、化妝水、棉棒、棉花等。大浴場也是設計師風格的時尚。也有露天浴池。男女更換制可以享受兩種不同設計的溫泉。氛圍就像高級旅館的大浴場。不認爲是車站前。頂樓還有觀景休息室和足浴。位置便利,無論是觀光還是商務都非常推薦。工作人員根據人而不同。這是一家新酒店,難道不是嗎?

Arriving during a very heavy snowstorm, the welcome at ground floor reception was very warm (as was the inviting lobby space). All staff I spoke to were simply lovely. Rooms are huge by Japanese standards, exceptionally clean and pretty quiet (why do people insist on having loud conversations in the hallway?!). Towels are fluffy, pyjamas are soft, pillows are big and the room was warm (for me, the default temperature was probably too warm - I never had to use the AC heater) There’s a private and public (for guests) onsen on the top floor. The public one is outside and while frosted glass means no view, the fresh air (and snow) was fabulous. Where to start with breakfast? Each morning there is a wide variety of western and Japaneses dishes. The chef’s daily specials are delicious and he makes an amazing Shokupan. Coffee machine coffee is pretty good. The hotel is maybe 300m from the train/bus station. Stay here and do day trips to Shinhotaka Ropeway, Gero Onsen, Shirakawa-go - the longer you can stay, the better!

This hotel provided great service and clean accommodations. I love that hotels in Japan provide pajamas and toothbrushes. This hotel had two public baths. It's nice that they have one bath where the water is not as hot. We had the dinner buffet. It included American and chinese offerings. You receive a ticket for one serving of the Hida beef. I thought the food was good. I like that the portions are small, so you can try a lot of things. We also had the breakfast buffet which included Takayama specialty items too. There is a large souvenir shop in the hotel, so you are able to pick up gifts. I thought the prices are comparable to other gift shops. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the train station. It is a 7 minute walk to the train station, so it's not so bad. They only have two shuttles that go to Takayama Jinya (government house) which is across the bridge from Sanmachi Suji. Otherwise it's at least a 20-25 minute walk. I wish they had more shuttles to that area. There is not much to look at on the way from the hotel to Sanmachi. As Takayama becomes more popular with tourists, most of the hotel staff and store owners are able to communicate in English. Overall, I enjoyed my time at the hotel and would stay there again.

Ein sehr nettes Hotel, welches erst seit 1 Jahr in Betrieb ist, und in den Bergen liegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr hell und modern eingerichtet. Dort waren wir für 2 Nächte während unserer Rundreise untergebracht. Das Frühstück war nach japanischer Art und wurde am tisch serviert, was natürlich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war, aber trotzdem sehr gut war.
