飯山花扇別邸酒店(Hanaougi Bettei Iiyama)

這裡的經歷很棒。這有點像穿越時空，因為這個地方感覺很古老，周圍有一個神奇的傳統花園和錦鯉池。在我們的三晚住宿期間，出色的埃米雷（Emireh）對我們進行了照顧。她帶我們去了一樓的一間“套房”，裡面有西式床鋪和一個獨立的用餐區（我想知道日本客人是否在這裡用餐，但西方人被送到狹小的單獨用餐隔間，這樣他們就沒有坐在地板上？）。有兩間浴室（獨立的洗臉盆、獨立的廁所隔間和獨立的淋浴間以及木製浴室隔間）。旅館裡有榻榻米，不能穿鞋。我們房間的小陽台上有一個私人溫泉浴缸。我們喜歡它並充分利用它。用餐區配有迷你冰箱和用於泡茶的熱水器。每天，工作人員都會在我們的桌子上留下幾塊單獨包裝的各種類型的美味餅乾。廚師在素食方面做了很好的嘗試，我特別喜歡我的素食火鍋，而我的丈夫在懷石料理晚餐期間在迷你烤架上煮牛肉。極好。位置不在市中心（距離高山市中心 3-4 公里），但非常安靜，而且實際上很容易步行進城，因為一路都是平坦的。日式旅館提供進出城鎮的交通服務，但您必須預訂時段。高山週日的計程車很少而且很遠。遺憾的是沒有洗衣服務，但步行約 5 分鐘有一家自助洗衣店，我們使用過。對面就是便利商店。我們退房後，我把一些東西留在了房間的保險箱裡。工作人員給我們在澳洲的旅行社打電話，在我們前往上高地的途中，旅行社打電話給我。我讓計程車司機回頭，我們注意到那個擔任禮賓/行李搬運工/門衛的可愛的年輕人正在街的盡頭等著。當他看到我們拐進街上時，他跑了進去，當我們停下來時，他又回到路邊，把我的錢包放在托盤上。令人興奮的服務！我們都很想再住在這裡。

全てに於いて大満足の滞在となりました。最初外観を見た際はう～～ん。と感じましたが、駐車場での出迎えから帰る際の見送りまでとても快適で、妻も大変喜んでいました。フロントロビーの荘厳な造りには圧倒されました。風呂は口コミ通りヌルヌルの最高の肌触りでしたし、客室係の方も良く気の付く方で妻のわがままにも十分答えて頂きました。食事もとても美味しく今回は子供さんが見えるとのことで部屋食で対応してくださいました。冒頭述べたように斜向かいに姉妹館の花扇があり外観はそちらと比較すると予約を入れ間違えたかなと思いましたが、滞在してみてその思いは一変しました。こんなに気持ちよく過ごさせて頂いたのは久しぶりでした。人、部屋、風呂、食事、設備、満点を付けたいです。妻もまた行きたいと言っていましたが、少しお高いのが唯一の残念ポイントかな。でも費用対効果からすれば満点です。

誕生日の祝いを兼ね、Go Toを利用して高級宿へ。係の仲居さんのお陰で誠に素晴らしい滞在となった。同行した家族、勝手に「（仲居さんは）元CAさんだ！」と想像を膨らまして口走っていた。 部屋からの景色は隅々まで手入れが行き届いた庭。変化のない景色だが、全く退屈しない。それどころかむしろ和む。その庭を眺めながら入れるゆったりした部屋の露天風呂が大変良い。お湯はトロトロ。施設は古いが細かいところまで丁寧に整備され、清潔感に満ちている。料理も繊細で丁寧で美味しい。 チェックアウト時には女将さんから、上品な誕生日プレゼントもいただいた。 大満足のお宿だった。上等なおもてなし、上等な料理、上等な誕生祝いで心身ともにパワーチャージができたことに感謝。 （露天風呂付客室利用）

這棟建築的主要經濟來源約有50公分高，鯉魚在池塘裡優雅地遊動，讓人們可以放鬆身心，逃離日常生活。 我們對冠狀病毒採取了嚴格的措施，所以我能夠安心地度過這段時光。 我對員工提供的周到的客戶服務也非常滿意。

I have no other ryokan onsen places to compare this to, but this place was simply outstanding. Only 15 rooms. Ours had our own private onsen on the porch with continuously flowing hot spring water; had no need to use the larger communal hotel onsens. They give you slippers and kimonos to wear to meals and pajamas. Dinner was a 12 course Kaiseki gourmet extravaganza with at least 25 different items, breakfast only 15 items, presented in our own private dining room. The room had a downstairs and upstairs, each fairly large, with living room and bathroom, meticulously clean. The staff was lovely, gracious, and helpful. The only downside is the ryokan is on the outskirts of town, a 10 min free van ride to the train station. However, this didn’t really matter in Takayama, which is worth probably a half day visit, the rest of the time spent relaxing, soaking, and eating.

This is our 3rd time staying in a ryokan and it lived up to the others we have stayed in. Not located in the CBD of Tayakama but they have a free shuttle bus from the railway station. The service from arrival to departure was excellent. We had booked a room with a private garden and onsen which I would totally recommend if the budget allows. As we were able enjoy the onsen while it was snowing and enjoying a glass of wine. Breakfast and dinner was included and we picked Japanese breakfast and first night Haida beef and second night seafood. All meals where presented and quality was excellent as seafood was lobster and the Haida beef. We are Australian and it was was best beef we have every eaten. Would totally recommend

We stayed one night each in Hakone and Takayama ryokans. They were both priced about the same and both were good, but we had a much more pleasant and enjoyable stay at Hanaougi Bettei Iiyama. Our experience, including the overall service, dining, private onsen, transportation, etc. was better there and we loved our host Asahi, who was attentive and friendly. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Excellent ryokan with lovely staff. Having now stayed at 2 other ryokans I can definitely say with confidence that this was the best by far. Large room with separate bedroom. Fridge, kettle, wet room/bath with masses of boiling water plus our own onsen. Food is kaiseki which I found challenging but we had recognisable fish and Hida beef plus western breakfast on 2nd morning.

We got our wish and enjoyed a true Japanese ryokan inn experience. Our "suite" had a "bedroom," a "tea room," a 3-part bathroom (sinks, toilet, bath/shower), and a private onsen bath in a small garden area. Our beds were tatami mats, which were comfortable, although a bit difficult to get out of in the middle of the night to head to the toilet. We were provided with pajamas, as well as yukatas/kimonos -- to be used if we went to the public onsen, and also to be worn to dinner (and even breakfast). The hotel itself was lovely, with a small but beautiful public garden and koi pond. We were amused to watch the gardeners shaping the various trees with scissors (not clippers or other gardening tools). Breakfasts were included and we had a reserved private room at the time of our choosing. We were served typically 12+ small dishes of various foods, usually including one egg dish (mostly raw). The kaiseki dinners were even bigger and fancier. One night the main dish was a variety of seafood to be cooked on a table-top hibachi. The second night it was a variety of seafood to be cooked in a "hot pot" of broth. Every meal was TOO MUCH FOOD, but all of it exquisitely prepared and presented. Overall this was a wonderful experience and we would recommend it to anyone that wants an authentic ryokan inn. NOT inexpensive, but a once in a lifetime treat for us.
