The good: service was friendly and the location is very convenient. The less good: The keurig in my room had stale water so not sure how long since it had been cleaned. The room walls are very thin so noise between rooms and the outside was an issue leading to a below average sleep. So a little good, a little less good makes for just ok.

The GM (Chris) and the staff at the desk were great! They helped us with local information about food and driving instructions that were better than any internet or GPS and on-line maps. The breakfast was also very well done and the hot foods were hot which is not always the case.

Overall this property was very clean, quiet and most everyone was freindly. The only complaint is that the waffle maker was broken everyday of our stay and the same breakfast items everyday and no bacon. The people putting the food out were not very friendly.

Chose this hotel because the proximity to FSU is like no other. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Bathroom corner walls were full of webs and dirty. ( on the shower) Front desk was very attentive and cordial.

Hotel on edge of FSU campus. It was adequate, nothing spectacular but for the price it was good. They have to lock the front doors at night due to questionable people around the area, which is necessary but annoying when trying to get in and out before 8 am. But the staff was excellent, the beds comfy. Breakfast was pretty standard but had a variety of breakfast meats instead of only one. One of the towels has questionable stains fortunately it was for the floor. All in all for a quick trip it was fine.

I checked in late the staff was great and very helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. I'll definitely go back.

We had a great stay, the breakfast was fantastic. We will be staying there next time in town
