The beds were old & hard as a rock. Felt like we were sleeping on 12 year old mattresses. We asked to move rooms but were told that all the mattresses were all the same. We also only had hot water for one shower. Apparently, they had a water line break but it wasn’t repaired the whole 3 days we were there. We were told that we’d get compensated for the inconvenience but it has yet to happen & we’ve heard nothing from the hotel. I was in the lobby while several guests were checking in & not once did they inform the new guests that they didn’t have hot water in order to give them a chance to go somewhere else. Very unprofessional. Will not be staying here again.

I was disappointed with the bathroom. The shower curtain was ripped up. The sink fixture had terrible hard water buildup. the shower water stayed lukewarm. The water never got hot. And the tile floor was dirty. The room was not worth the money i was charged. I will probably never stay at Home2 Suite.

This was a great hotel! We oove the small, equipped kitchen, especially staying two nights. We were not crazy about the barn door for the bathroom, though. You should probably rethink that.

The room was awful. The entire front of the refrigerator inside were completely rusted over. The front of the dishwasher was rusted. The entrance to the shower on the floor was covered with filth and mold. Requested a room change and received a new room. The refrigerator was rusted as well in the second room and the shower was horrific. Please see pictures the front desk employee acted as if she could care less. When I showed her pictures of the room, she just said OK. Breakfast is mediocre.

Overall, not the best place I have stayed. Decently comfortable, but the bathroom wasn't clean, things are broken, and there was food in the refrigerator when we got there. Won't be returning.

I was given a smaller room and when I inquired about it I was told there were no more rooms available that I booked. My trip was planned around the room I needed and the room I was given made every other aspect of the trip unbearable. None of us could sleep as we were too closed in and not enough beds.

My stay was good! However, when we returned to our room in the evening, it was not cleaned, persons who previously stayed left half filled drinks in the refrigerator. We threw the items in the trash, of course the room wasn’t cleaned. The last item was a $20.00 charge to my credit card I left for incidentals, we had none. We typically stay there when we visit my dad, however I am not so sure anymore.

Nice full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Near lots of restaurants.
