Hotel Haya是一家令人驚歎的酒店,位於坦帕的Ybor City歷史和娛樂區的中心,距離市中心和世界上最好的機場只有幾分鐘的路程。咖啡店在坦帕有最好的咖啡館,Flor Fina餐廳有一個美妙的菜單,在坦帕提供最好的午餐和晚餐。你不能遇到一個更友好和包容的工作人員,從代客到前台,到服務員、女服務員和酒吧服務員,甚至那些打掃房間的人!

我這次經歷必須要分享給大家，提高警惕！⚠️ Brand在凱悅裏算是頂尖檔次了，但是我們接受的服務從來沒有的差！ 1) 首先到達機場，訂酒店的時候特意選的離機場近，打電話給酒店，很傲嬌的說：我們沒有shuttle bus你們自己打的/Uber過來吧。因為還沒有下載Uber於是去打了一個的，黑司機10刀的路程收了我們25； 2) 到前台，貌似很熱情，說要信用卡擔保，以為衹是做個記錄，沒有通知我們，直接刷走200刀/也沒有收據，到了房間打開手機才看到。投訴給攜程，說可能是擔保，等最後一天結賬再看； 3) 半夜2-3點走廊還有人興奮地呼朋喚友，國內/歐洲都沒碰到過，美國人就是這麼肆無忌憚，也沒有人管（樓廊裏貼的21點后保持安靜，就是一張廢紙）； 4) 第二天早上吃早餐，明明含餐的，要讓我們簽單（以後每天如此）解釋了，服務員衹說要留個記錄，簽單還一式兩份/還要小費，我們衹簽一張，第二張拿走（備查）也不給小費；（服務員給我們的感覺也是，太高調了，太強調自己的存在，給客人一種壓迫感（我們喜歡的是沒人打擾）他們總喜歡錶現熱情，其實沒有必要； 5) （因為每天都收到手機扣款的提示）到前台確認含早餐的問題，小姑娘一問三不知； 6) 給攜程客服投訴，攜程找當地代理，攜程天天催，代理一直不回復，態度特別怠慢； 7). 退房當天，特意前台再次確認含早餐的問題，說含早餐的，有一個當地費用扣掉/有一個收據，等到機場再看手機，又另外扣掉幾百刀（沒有任何說明/收據； 🤔️ 當時，就惱了。凱悅欺人太甚！！！ 代理不回復，沒關係，直接找銀行，凍結所有的扣款。 銀行凍結的當天，攜程通知說，代理回復了，是有幾筆扣錯了。🤑 所以，店大欺客，不要怕！找更權威的（跟美國人打交道，衹能這麼樣，誰硬誰說話！） 後續，和朋友聊起來，說凱悅是這個樣子的！ 所以，前車之鑒！ 建議，大家能不選凱悅，就不要選凱悅了！！！👎

It started off nicely with the hotel generously granting an early arrival but went downhill fast from there. The rooms overlooking the pool are noisy all day and night into the wee hours of the morning. LOUD music that cannot be silenced with earplugs. The hotel serves as a spot for large weddings and those guests take priority. The tavern with the golf simulators - a part of why we booked - was closed for a private event. The elevators were so packed that you'd have to wait while several passed by before you could squeeze in. Some of the pool chairs and umbrellas are broken and look worse than what you'd find at a motel. The smoke detector in our room went off for an hour and staff was hard to find come by to get it fixed. They were not apologetic. One of two Computers os broken at the business center and the other had issues logging onto some sites. The printer 🖨️ was out of paper. There was no garbage can in the business center to throw away the wrapper for the ream of paper that I found and loaded into the printer. As a staff member was walking by - I asked him to take the wrapper (I was trying to be helpful but he nastily me to ”go find a waste can yourself around the corner” and loudly called me rude in the presence of other guests for asking him to take away (THEIR) garbage since they have no can in their office. (He said ”I am the head of security! And I am with a client! And I won't be treated like this!” If I could give this hotel a ZERO rating due to this employee alone (Michael T), I would. The location is great but there are lots of better choices. I will never stay here again and am losing faith in Marriott if this is what they think is acceptable behavior from their head of security. I was told that he was stressed because there had been ”numerous security issues” at the hotel. I am not surprised. One woman in the elevator was complaining that when she went to her room, other people were in it! The staff apologized and said that someone must have ”passed a key.” I have no idea what that means, but she was more upset than me - for good reason. She said they upgraded her to make up for it but that she was still shocked at what had transpired. I don't think that she will be returning, either.

我們的航班被取消了,直到第二天才能預定。曼聯人把我們安排在這家酒店,說這是一個住宿的好地方。當我們晚上8點以後到達,一個非常令人沮喪的漫長一天,我們被一個可愛的年輕女士歡迎,我相信這裏的名字叫邁克沙。起初她沒有看到我們的預訂,這真的讓我們心灰意冷,但她繼續看,她給我們找到了一個房間。她真的是一個很棒的人。第二天早上她甚至在早餐時迎接我們。我告訴她,在我們旅行回來後我會發帖的。我們是取消航班的夫婦,所以我們錯過了飛往非洲的下一次航班。但一切都成功了。酒店很可愛,但經理和米克沙很棒。最愉快的住宿。謝謝。

We booked thro Air Canada Vacations and stayed a week. After reading the reviews we were a bit worried. it was way better than the reviews here. First the bad stuff- the photos on website are old, there has not been a Tiki bar for over 2 years, it says heated pool, they mean heated only by the sun. We stayed a week in room 145, a drive up, we could park right at our door. Now the inn is old , over 70 years old but our room was fine. Clean, quiet, we felt safe there. NO BUGS believe me I looked. We had two comfortable queen beds, a small frig and microwave. The bathrooms have been redone, no tub but a nice shower. On one side is a huge Lutheran church and parking lot, on the other side a Chick a fila and Burger King. We met 2 front desk staff, both men, both nice and professional. When we checked in we could not get the tv working, the front desk fellow came right down and showed us what to do. All the staff around were friendly- the maids, the maintenance guys. Close to airport and central for us. They said they'd clean the room every 3 days and just ask for towels, no problem getting more clean towels. The in house restaurant Pach's place is open for breakfast and lunch. Lots of locals there which was a good sign. Yummy food, good prices. Yes you can sit outside by a Koi fish pond if you wish. The inn is dog friendly, we saw 2 in the week we were there, no barking issues. the pool is not heated but I'm from Canada so I swam in it, nice lounge chairs by it. In all Tahitian Inn was way better than I expected , had a relaxing week in Tampa, would stay there again. Yes they did put a hold of $100 on room in case we wrecked anything, they removed it no problem after we checked out.

酒店就在機場內，領到行李不用出機場就到了酒店大堂，非常適合飛機晚上到達或者早上趕飛機的朋友。

我曾經做過的最硬的牀!然後,我們附近有人騎摩托車,打電話到前台報告/請求警察幫助,我不相信,因爲我無法告訴他們摩托車在哪裏我確實告訴她走出門外,她會聽到的....酒店本身很迷人,乾淨,裝飾精美,其他員工很棒,所以也許這只是一個“關閉”的夜晚....
