Lo único desagradable fue el depósito q me solicitaron de $100 del cual no tenía conocimiento pues no le dicen nada al cliente cuando haces la reserva por online. Tuve q esperar desde las 5:00am hasta las 11:00am para poder hacer el check in y deben contratar personal q hablen español. Por lo demás excelente

So clean, very affordable and the entire staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff are so friendly and accommodating, which always makes a stay top notch! This was our second time staying here in the last month and it will definitely be our spot when visiting Tampa.

Very rude person checking Us in very dismissive. Toilet paper fell off the wall with every use, ironing board fell apart into pieces. No hot water had to take a cold shower with no notification that there was not hot water. I want my money back

Hotel is super nice. Staff not so nice. I stayed for 9 days and when ask to have room clean I had to wait till following day. Washers keep not working but those are not associated with hotel so I had to call and wait forever to get 3.00$ back. Then the hotel didn’t even place an out of order on washer. Every time I would go to front desk I had to wait some time for someone to come out of office. They were never friendly or even greeted you. Just plain rude. Then the last night of my stay they had no hot water in the entire hotel. Ask about compensation and they said that would have to be the manager to approve that. Didn’t even bother to get my name to say anyone would reach out. For a stay of 9 days you would have thought someone would reach out.

We enjoyed our visit but the only thing I didn't like was that they stop serving coffee at 9:30 am and there was no coffee pots in the room but if we stay next time I will ask for a coffee pot at check in.

Hotel impecable, se nota nuevo y bien mantenido, mas se necesita ayuda a la Srta. Del meson de atención al cliente, dejarla sola con tanta gente entrando y saliendo del hotel se complica tanto para ella como para los clientes, espero que dejen al menos a 2 personas para que los clientes no esperen tanto tiempo.

The room really did not smell good. I was really let down by the fact they did not have breakfast. Only a few grab and go granola bars. The crowd was not the best as many people were living here and sleeping outside in their cars. I only came for a weekend trip to Busch Gardens and definitely will not be returning.
