Tried to book a room for December 29th and I made a mistake and I made it for Jan29th ,now the hotel management has decided they can not refund my money, you should be ashamed,of yourself, I’ll never ever book another hotel room on any of your locations, policies are made to be changed and making mistakes is what makes us human, please educate yourself about Amazon customer obsession principles, don’t ever take your customers.for granted
