格蕾塔假日酒店(Villa Greta Hotel Rooms & Suites)

Abbiamo scelto Villa Greta grazie ad uno smartbox.Non poteva essere regalo più gradito. L’hotel ha una vista mozzafiato sull’Etna e con 10 minuti a piedi si arriva direttamente a Taormina. Una scalinata collega la struttura al centro. Per noi non è mai stato un disagio perché la vista dalla stanza è stato un plus della vacanza. Il personale è stato sempre molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta ed informazione. Ultima cosa…. La colazione super! Le torte di Giulia le ricorderemo!!! Non lasciatevelo sfuggire!!!!

Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite mit eigener Terrasse gebucht. Einfach ein Traum, Herrliche Betten, wunderschönes Bad, und eine riesige Terrasse mit Blick auf den Ätna und das Meer. Auf der Terrasse standen zwei LIegen, sowie eine Doppelsonnenliege mit Dach und Vorhang. Ferner noch ein Tisch zwei Sessel und kleiner Couch. Einfach super. Der Empfang super freundlich, man sprach sogar deutsch. Wir konnten auch schon früher in unser Zimmer. Beim Koffertragen, wurde direkt geholfen, da einige Treppen zu überwältigen sind. Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet, mit Warmspeisen, süßem Gebäck und alles selbst hergestellt. Toll. Wir hatten Glück, und haben einen Parkplatz auf der Straße ergattert, was wohl in der Hauptsession schwierig sein wird. Das Hotel liegt oberhalb von Taormina, ist aber durch eine Treppe hinab in fünf Minuten zu bewältigen, allerdings nach dem Abendessen, kommt man etwas aus der Puste, die Treppen wieder nach oben zu schaffen. Uns hat es nichts ausgemacht. Ein Bus fährt allerdings auch direkt bis vor das Hotel. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen, alleine schon wegen der so herzlichen freundlichen Mitarbeiter, ob Hausmeister, Büro, Küche oder Reinigspersonal alle so herzlich und freundlich.

Es un hotel bonito, familiar, son muy amables pero tiene demasiadas cosas mal. Primero, está lejos de Taormina como tal, mucho más arriba en la montaña. Hasta el punto de que se hace difícil desplazarte tranquilamente, porque bajar puedes bajar perfectamente pero para volver... o coges un autobús que tiene un horario súper restringido, o pagas un taxi o te metes un palizón tremendo. El coche olvídate de dejarlo en el supuesto "párking de pago" que tienen. En realidad son 3 plazas en un mini patio. Lo vas a dejar tirado por las carreteras y rezar para que siga ahí y no te hayan multado. Miles de escaleras por dentro del hotel, la tele no funcionaba bien, el agua caliente era muy dificil de calibrar, sin enchufes en las mesillas... Lo mejor, la limpieza y el desayuno, que pese a hacerlo para tan poca gente era abundante y de calidad.

Siamo stati a villa Greta per un week-end,complimenti a tutto lo staff per la gentilezza e cordialita.Vista bellissima il vulcano e il mare con un colpo d'occhio,spettacolare. Le colazioni ottime e per tutti gusti.Complimenti.

Greta is absolutely lovely, we had the loveliest room with stunning views of the town and mt etna. Obviously it’s on a hill…. It’s the slope of a volcano!! The walk down to the town is really straightforward and you can either walk back up or there’s a taxi rank by the excelsior hotel if you don’t fancy it. The staff were all really pleasant and the breakfast was great, plus if you’re driving you can find somewhere to park because you’re just a little above the town. I’d absolutely stay there again, some of the previous reviews are totally unfair…. Sicily is amazing and Greta is spotlessly clean and a really great place to stay, I thoroughly recommend it.

A beautiful location, nice room, great balcony and amazing view of the town below, the bay and Etna. Clean and fair price. Unkind staff, cold and snooty. We found the breakfast expensive for what it offered

Très bel hôtel, le personnel est très sympathique et très professionnel, la chambre très confortable avec une salle bains très spacieuse . La vue du balcon, splendide, sur la ville , le golfe et l’Etna. Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux et variés. L’autobus est très pratique pour descendre ou revenir en ville. ( vue le nombres de marches) Je recommande cet hôtel.

Invitata a un matrimonio gli sposi scelgono questo hotel per accogliere noi ospiti.Contatto l'hotel che mi dice di non avere i nostri nomi in elenco,chiedo spiegazioni e mi assicurano che si occuperanno di chiarire la situazione,nel frattempo,considerata l'imminenza del matrimonio (5gg dopo)Dico all'hotel di riservare una stanza in attesa di questo chiarimento,in questa circostanza mi chiedono i dati della carta rassicurandomi sul fatto che era prassi e che qualsiasi pagamento dovuto,sarebbe avvenuto in hotel..Il giorno successivo la sposa mi contatta dicendomi che era tutto ok e che eravamo stati inseriti tra gli ospiti del matrimonio in una quadrupla di cui in effetti abbiamo usufruito. QUALCHE GIORNO DOPO MI RITROVO SULLA MIA CARTA UN ADDEBITO PARI A 66,50 DA PARTE DELL'HOTEL VILLA GRETA!Chiamo per chiarimenti e mi viene detto che si trattava di una penale per non avere disdetto la camera in tempo!!!Quando invece si è trattato di una loro incompetenza a gestire un problema perché il chiarimento riguardo alla nostra prenotazione è avvenuto l'indomani della prenotazione!!Per quello che mi riguarda resta un prelievo non autorizzato! COMPLIMENTI per la SERIETÀ!

This place has hundreds& hundreds of steps to get to it. 700?..) from Corso Umberto the Main Street & should you think of walking back after dinner YOU WILL GET LOST as those tiny vias/ alleys and steps look similar ( even though I took photos).. many hotels l around Teatro Greco are brilliant and cheaper .. the management were sour tempered, BRUSK, did not have inclination to give information.it no good pointing your finger & saying” it’s easy, down there” where is there??? If you have never been at that place.. Could not assist with luggage. Accommodation below standard ,,you pay for view. Many cheaper places have great views e.g Taormina Park Hotel & better location
