一家不错的酒店，位置优越。我们把车停在 50m 外的公共停车场，每天 4.5 欧元（酒店停车场很小，超过 13 欧元）。附近有自助餐厅，只需 2.5 欧元，您就可以享用一份烧制早餐。他们有一个健身房，但他们告诉我你不能在早上 9 点之前使用它，但理论上 时间是从早上 7 点开始。房间非常符合空调的要求。

酒店地理位置優越,靠近海灘,火車站和許多咖啡館/商店/餐館。一切都可以步行。工作人員都非常友好和樂於助人 - 即使我們說西班牙語非常有限。每天早上提供糕點和瓶裝水,大堂有茶水和咖啡設施。酒店空調真的很給力,我們一夜沒覺得太熱,房間很乾淨,呈現得很好!

This hotel deserves every accolade it is given. Small and fairly basic in fairness but run with passion by a couple that really care about what they do. This hotel surpasses many that charge twice the price. We were in room 17 on the 1st floor. It was quiet, immaculately clean and felt very safe. Xavi the owner, gave us as much info as we could ever need and even took the time to actually show us the way to the cheaper car park. Little things mean such a lot and definitely differentiates a hotel from its competition The hotel is centrally located and handy for everything.

First of all I paid for the sea view room eith gilf experience only to find on arrival that I wont get the free round of golf because I didnt book it 2 weeks in advance. They never stated this during booking. There is zero effort made at reception on arrival. Charged an extra 'tax' on arrival plus 100 euro as a deposit. Left find my room myself. There was zero information in the room. There was nothing to tell you how to join the wifi so I went to ring reception to ask but there wasn't even a number on the phone to call reception. When I unpacked and put my stuff in the safe I found that the safe was broken. I rang 3 times before someone came to replace the batteries in it. The hotel itself is too far from decent shops and restaurants. The spa closes at 8.30. Water is freezing cold in the jacuzzis and they make you buy a swimming hat to sit in them. The entertainment is the worst I've seen. You can hear music and fun happening in the surrounding hotels but this one is just dead. They play a short bit of music from 10-12pm and that's it. The fusion hotel bar/club is almost totally empty every night. Max I've seen was 8 people at it. The only pleasant staff was one lady in the restaurant.

Lovely little hotel - All the staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are large, very clean, huge comfy bed, complimentary water in the fridge (although wasn't replaced daily) and the bathroom had the biggest shower area I've ever seen.... We had B&B and the breakfast was really good, freshly squeezed OJ, fab choice of pastries and fresh eggs cooked to your liking. The pool area was nice with sun all day however it could do with a freshening up, the beds are old and some are broken and the pool has some loose screws and rotting wood around however this did not detract from the lovely stay we had. So many bars and restaurants nearby and a very short walk to the beach . Would definately reccommend this lovely hotel :-)

Me, my wife and two children have just got back from staying at this hotel for 9 days. We stopped in a family room which was spacious enough and cleaned daily. Unfortunately there wasn’t much to do for our 6 year old little boy they did have a kids club but they were mainly Spanish so he wouldn’t of been able to make friends, the evening entertainment was poor for kids and again when there was kids entertainment nothing was spoken in English so he was upset about that. There’s not enough staff at the bar they were really under pressure taking orders throughout the day, but they were all well mannered and always smiling. There’s a ramp with a door at the top to get to the pool (we struggled with the pushchair for our baby as the door wasn’t automatic) be aware the ramp is very slippy I fell over once and my little boy fell twice I did mention it to reception but it’s just a bad design. The food was ok we were only bed and breakfast so can’t comment on lunch/dinner meals. The staff in the restaurant are really kind and always happy to help, all in all I wouldn’t come back to hotel with kids again in the future.

The beautiful old buildings that make up the hotel are in the most picture perfect village of Altafulla and our expectations were v high for our little Spa Break. First Impressions : our suite was basic, lacking in any personality or chic soft furnishing touches. It felt very cold, clinical and like an unloved basic air b n b not a supposed 4 star historic hotel. The living area was also super dark, no real amenities in the bathroom besides nailed to the wall shower gel / shampoo. No luxe touches at all, no mini bar, coffee maker… nothing that I’ve come to expect from a European 4 star hotel. The lovely Italian male receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful tho he moved us almost immediately and continued to help us throughout our stay despite our issues so 5 stars for him. The housekeeping staff was also lovely and our waitress in the super fancy resto. Here are the list of issues that the hotel need to address: - Sinks are still shallow the water just splashes back at you. V much style over practicality - only 1 bathmat in a room for 2 people - grill in shower came off and moved around - no rug , no paintings/ photos/ no coffee machine or kettle / no mini bar - no room service - no tissues / cotton buds / body lotion / conditioner - safe was not working I had reserved spa slots and massages n advance but when we arrived the Spa is NOT a spa it’s a tiny facility with a v small jacuzzi type pool big enough for 4 people and another tiny plunge pool all in a very confined space which feels claustrophobic with more than 2 or 3 people in. The sauna is tiny as is the steam room which was not even working. Never mind we thought we will brave the cold and go for a lovely outdoor swim … another reason we choose this hotel as according to the website the pool would be open, it was not ! It was being dosed with chlorine and we were not allowed in. The spa had double booked our massages and in fact they could only accommodate one of us the following day and the therapist was one hour late as her car had broken down and when she did arrive made no apology, made my friend wait until she’d had a coffee and then administered a very poor massage with next to no pressure despite being asked several times to go harder. She didn’t ask any health questions about allergies or injuries …. Shockingly poor ! The dinner at the restaurant was v good if a little fancier that what we fancied but the pizza resto wasn’t open. The lighting in the restaurant v bright and lacking ambience as a result. The winery trip was interesting and the village is fabulous with a couple of great bars and restos and an amazing deli. It’s a shame about the hotel as it could be spectacular if the management spent some money on some tweaks that would make a world of difference to the guest experience. A good interior designer could help to warm up and personalise the gorgeous old buildings

El hotel precisa una reforma urgente. No todo vale. Desayuno buffet con productos de muy baja calidad. Horribles los zumos, el café y los calientes. Buena ubicación. Buena atención en recepción. Durante el desayuno, ausencia de personal en general. Habitación con mobiliario muy viejo.

Prachtige locatie. Kamers en suites wat gedateerd. Bubblebad in de suite was kapot. Restaurant is gemiddeld maar 2x zo duur als in de stad. Vriendelijk personeel. Tortosa is leuk voor een dag. Veel verpaupering en leegstand.
