Paying through online cost less, so that’s a benefit. The hotel rooms looks clean and nice organized. The room has a coffee maker so that’s a plus. Everything seems nice.

Buen lugar

Hotel is very dated, lacking obvious maintenance, and apparently a homeless shelter. Several groups had their lifetime belongings staged just outside the entrance, either checking in or being escorted out. There is a strong sense of long term occupancies unrelated to employment. There was no hot water, but by early morning, I was ready to go. Shower or not.

When we got to the hotel I noticed it was dark in the parking lot not enough lighting which as a single mom did not make us feel safe. The hotel smells like **** and mold. They are doing work on it with exposed wires out and the room we were given was in a corner of a dark hallway again didn’t feel safe. There was people mad about their room being covered in bed bugs which made me check our room and sure enough the bed had bed bugs up against the headboard area. The room smelled horrible as did the hallway to the room. When we checked out the manager did say they were informed of bedbugs by others and would refund me my entire stay. We had this room booked for a week. We were in town for a medical trip for my child and needed a good safe healthy space which this hotel is NOT! And having to get a diff hotel late at night was not ok!! Do NOT book here! We were able to book a diff hotel I’ve booked before which is same company but very clean and great just down the road! I had to spend $57 to make sure our suitcases didn’t carry any of the bedbugs out with us! again stay far away from this place!

Received the wrong room I booked and was called a liar. The hotel smelled like paint. The room had not even a chair or couch to sit on. You could hear the traffic and sounds outside window and I was on the top floor.

The hotel alone wasnt bad, the room arrangement is bad in that you could not sit on the couch and see te tv, or anywhere else other than the bed, kids up all night yelling screaming stomping hitting walls, running p and down the halls all night into the morning. Not a sleep conducive enviroment.

The rooms were dirty and they smelled. We asked to move from our first room because it was dirty. Wall are dirty, headboards we dirty, curtains were dirty basically everything was dirty and room was musty. The second room wasn’t much better. Stains on the walls and curtains and again room was musty. On top of that my daughter was using the restroom and was frightened by a cockroach. So basically ruined her peace of mind for the remainder of the trip. Staff wasn’t very friendly. “They don’t do accommodations.”

The hotel was very clean. Our room was nice . The staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful
