塔雷城喜來登酒店(Sheraton Tarrytown Hotel)

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Excellent service across the board. Bar staff was friendly and hard working. Food and drinks were phenomenal. Hotel staff was happy to accommodate and make good when unforeseen circumstances occurred. Best customer service around.

Visited the Pumpkin Blaze and Washington Irving House.

The room thermostat would not operate in the heat position. Reported it via phone about 10 PM. There wasn’t an available technician, but they would get back to us as soon as possible. In the meantime, I pushed in on the slide lever and it started to work. I called back and told him what I did and it was now working. And asked if they would check it the next day.. it’s was never checked n didn’t work the remainder of are stay. I Reported again to check out got n explain it didn’t work during our 3 night stay n got a simple thank you n they were sorry. I’m not sure what I expected but I expected something more than a simple sorry and thank you.

Great staff, comfy bed, nice linens, noisy lobby (loud music all the time), wonky loose bathroom fixtures ( but they all worked). All decor was brown… which is fine, but drab. We’d stay there again! Just a few thoughts.

We loved the Tarrytown Sheraton. I have been to many hotels in this class and this was a cut above. The room was beautifully appointed and spotless. The staff were very helpful. The location was convenient yet set among trees. Nail salon and supermarket adjacent but not visible. Pool was good, hot tub great, pool a bit cold for my husband. Had to pay for breakfast, but food was very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property is a little older but clean and convenient. There is a grocery store across the parking lot that is great when you want a snack or drinks or forgot something while packing. The hotel has a pool and hot tub, which was great after lots of walking in Manhattan. The hotel is easy to get to and has a Starbucks as well. I would stay again.

The hotel had a leak and had a disgusting smell. The staff acknowledged it. They offered to change our room except that they did not have another room with a King Bed.The hotel itself needs updating. It is dark and dingy.

Stayed two nights, grabbed snacks and wine at the stores across the parking lot, had dinner at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse also a short walk through the parking lot, and coffee from the Starbucks in the lobby. We had easy, inexpensive Ubers picks us up and drop us off at the train station, for a tour of Kykuit, a walk in Rockefeller State Park and dinner in Tarrytown. The decor is a bit dated but the room was clean, the $18.95 breakfast was fine, and staff were great, when we asked for additional towels they were delivered quickly.

The water temperature was not working on the shower. The staff did manage to change us to another room where water temp for shower was working. the elevator security room key mechanism was not working. Anyone without a room or room key was able to use elevator to get into the room areas of the bld. A big safety concern. The door looked like there was an attempt of force entry and fix were done but not very good. Screws not all the way in.etc The phone in the room was not working. Requested for the phone to get fix but it was never fixed. I was also overcharged fo the room currently in dispute.
