This is very disappointing to write this, because if it was not for this, our stay would of been fabulous. But the smell of the cabin was rotten. It also was not very clear on options of the rooms when booking. Which is why I ended up in a cowboy smelly damp room. I nearly had a panic attack during the night because of the smell and asked me daughter if she wanted to leave at 3am during the morning. Something wrong with drain system, or someone is using dirty mops to clean. The cowboy huts need reburishing and a good deep clean. As the smell is very overpowering and makes it almost impossible to be comfortable or sleep

I rated this 4/5 because I only paid £50 for a family cabin. It is simple but to be honest it ticks a lot of boxes. My bathroom is tiny but it is clean. The bed was very comfy. It was quiet though I doubt it would be in summer. The negatives - no WiFi in my cabin and the TV played up.

So worried after reading the reviews. However we had a fantastic time. We stayed in a Dino cabin number 4 which was close to the park and restaurant which was perfect for the kids to play out. It was a bit noisy on a night as everyone walks past home from the bar but it’s a holiday people are enjoying themselves and it only lasted half an hour. Cabins are small and basic but clean warm and cosy. They have a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. A small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink above. Yes it’s small but it’s by no means a problem. There was a small sink, small fridge, microwave and kettle in the cabin you need to bring your own plates and cutlery if you want to eat in. Costa on site for morning coffee. The outside table and balcony was lovely to sit and have a few drinks on an evening whilst the kids played out. Would 100% would stay again. Ignore the bad reviews it’s clearly a small Glamping pod not a luxury hotel enjoy yourself

Kids loved it, staff mostly kind and helpful BUT absolutely filthy caravan. Needs a Hoover and a very good scrub. Stank of stale smoke. Felt itchy just being there. Excited to get home and feel clean again. Broken furniture, dirty bathroom. Just grim.

Stayed one night before a running event in Northampton. Could not fault the accommodation from value for money to comfort. A really excellent cabin.

We camped for 2 out of our 3 nights stay. As a seasoned camper I'm not one to be out off by reviews. At first we were given a very close pitch to another campers area so soon were given further away . We were lucky that we had wonderful neighbours who shared their toys and the kids soon got adopted. On our visit site wardens were a couple called David and Carol who were very helpful and went over and above for me as a lone camper plus the kids loved shadow their dog. Toliets and showers could be better but that's mainly down to the plumbing and drainage in need of a upgrade. The toliet seats could be better. And if users actually treated the shower block well it wouldn't look a state at certain times of the day. Loved the 2 family rooms as the showers are a bit of squash if showering kids. They were left unlocked most the time, so open for abuse from kids roming around. As a treat for the kids we upgraded rom our tent and moved to a fairy den for our last night. The kids loved it but I found it very warm and small. Luckily I had all our camping stuff as the room really needed a table or somewhere to put your belongings. The bedding was hotel style and a really thick duvet. But it added a extra bit of fun for the kids on the last night. We went and toasted our marshmallows at the fire pit, which is run every night. Bring your own mallows if you can. Tips for gullivers - I think I saw a offer where if you go one day you can re-enter or go to dinoland for £2 per person. Wish I knew that before hand instead of paying for 2 extra days.

The room is tiny which is fine but it is tiny there is bed space and not much else, suitable for somewhere to get your head down at night but that is all. The disugsuting sink which is grotty is located in the top of the toilet unit, just gave me the boke. But the real problem with this place is the heat, its unbearable and ruined our trip we could not sleep and just left and never went back for rest of our stay despite it being paid for, my young son vomitted it was that bad as there is no way to cool. The aracde the restraunt the shop everything is just rather poor as well, this place for me would be a last resort rather than somewhere to stay for a nice break. Over priced for whats on offer because whats on offer is poor or sub standard.

I stayed here last night for 1 night in one of the safari lodges, Hyena 18 to be precise. The accommodation was brilliant, spacious,clean, living room, 2 bedrooms, shower, kitchen in a great location 2 minute walk from the car park and one minute walk to the lodge. The bar was great and a nice seating area overlooking the lake I was definitely surprised how fantastic this place is and the accommodation is amazing. I travel around this area with work and this will always be my base in the future.

Stayed in deluxe prospector lodge, it was filthy, hot tub was cold. Despite complaining at the time, emailing and writing to them, they are not interested. Shocking customer service, I didn’t go on holiday to clean my own accommodation. Look at the photos, this was the most expensive accommodation so god knows how bad the cheaper ones are. AVOID
