Managers/Owners are very direct and clear on any situation. Very inviting and friendly staff , staff has attended to all my needs with a smile on their face. As a customer im very happy with the hospitable Suites are warm , cosy , safe! which is good enough for me :-)

Great location for proximity to Airport, Bayfair Shopping Centre...but our unit was tired and in need of some maintenance.I booked this unit specfically for a spa bath, but the spa didnt work and the hot water was Luke warm, furnishings are tired and bedroom curtains are mouldy on the back, due to wet windows. And the wifi was so bad, it was like dial up.Which was frustrating due to needing to download documents for travel.Dissappointing stay.
