I paid in advance for the hotel and when I arrived, no one was there. We waited 3 hours no one came!! We booked with booking so wee were trying to reach the hotel by booking but nothing. After 4 hours someone the rus motel writes to us that there is someone at the hotel.but was not true. So I tried to get a refund but they said to booking that they were on site. Thank to booking for the refund. DON’T GO A THIS HOTEL . I had obliged to repaid another hotel room at 21:45

Cleaning was poor, television not working, stove not working, second day no cleanup, room exceptionally small. There was no one in the office during our stay to speak to about our issues. They actually left the room unlocked with the key on the counter!Very dated bathroom, they only supplied 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Dog friendly, but room is so small that it was difficult to walk around the dog's bed.

The check-in process was sketchy. The owners own multiple hotels in the area and while I reserved a room in one hotel, I ended up in a different hotel altogether. The room was great and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a technical glitch with the TV caused by a previous resident who had brought his own firestick and failed to reset the input source before they left. Overall the room at the BelAir (where I ended up) was top notch.

Property is dated, room is small. The manager and front desk were top notch, helpful, and ensured we had what we needed. For a spontaneous overnight trip with an additional unexpected night, they were courteous.

I love everything about this place. Close to the boardwalk. Close to everything. Comfy and cozy. Very clean. Room is pretty small but has a full bath and kitchen! Only thing it's missing is a coffee maker lol. There's coffee and cups but they just expect you to put a cup of water in the microwave lol. That's fine this place is amazing any we'll definitely be back next year!

Very good motel at a reasonable price. Very friendly owner goes way beyond what other motel owners would do.

Nice place very close to the boardwalk. The owner was very professional and helpful too. The only drawbacks is that there is no pool and it's a bit of a walk to the boardwalk shops in Wildwood. Otherwise, a good place to stay there and reasonably priced.

Definitely a little dated but that’s kind of part of the charm. Extremely clean, a/c kept it super chilly, beds were great and can’t beat the location. Staff was super kind and pleasant, would absolutely stay there again

Not enough parking. Loud air conditioners. Floors were not very clean especially in bathroom. Uncomfortable beds. Tvs difficult to work. Management isnice.

We booked this motel for 1 night. It was one of the cheaper places in the area. We were placed on the second floor for an ocean view. The balcony area had 2 chairs which was the nicest thing about the room. The room itself was small but decent. There was an obvious broken dresser that was in the room. The bed had no comforter, only 2 bed sheets as covers. There was a kitchenette with no pots or pans to use and no coffee pot which was on the “charge list” of $30 if broken or missing but we never had one to begin with. The bathroom had stray hairs everywhere. Looked like it was just “wiped” rather than cleaned. The shower curtain was too small for the bath/shower. Toilet had a hard time flushing. Only the right side/ cold water worked on the bathroom sink.

AJ is great. 100% awesome human. Room 102 needs some love. The blinds are missing a piece... so when you're in the room at night with the one and only light on, you can see in the room. The overall appearance is just dirty and dingy. I actually felt horrible staying there with my son. The hotel needs to be updated...A LOT.

There is a lot to recommend this place. Although our room was small, it was well equipped and immaculately clean. The motel is tiny, only nine rooms. There is no pool which means that it is pretty quiet. The owner is on site, very friendly and accommodating, and works very hard. The hotel is dog friendly and across the street from the boardwalk. The only negative is that the bed was very uncomfortable. Of course we are used to a king and this is a queen but it also was just not comfortable for us. We might stay here again anyway if we can get a room with two beds instead of one.

The property was old. We still had Q tips in our trash. Our blinds were missing several pieces and we had to change in the bathroom. One tv didn’t work, we were told they would come fix it at 10am and they didn’t show up until 330 and still didn’t fix it. The outside shower was down a disgusting alleyway and the towels were terrible. Pictures are way to nice as compared to what it actually is
