Stayed 4 nights in October. Easy on/off highway. Although located close to the highways, background noise is very low and did not bother a light sleeper like me. Nice, clean rooms. Bed rather comfortable and loved the shower. Breakfast buffet nicely done with your daily choice of fresh pastries. Although outside Florence, there is a bus stopping right outside the drive way every 20 minutes. Bus ride takes 20 minutes. Closest stop about 10 minute walk to Vecchio bridge. Bus tickets available at the B&B. Kudus to the proprietor Fabrizia! Caring, friendly, and great introduction to the area, restaurants, bus connections and info material. We felt comfortable. Recommended location.

Situato nei pressi dell’uscita autostradale di Impruneta ed all’inizio della superstrada per Siena, a due passi dalla Certosa di Firenze (bellissimo il colpo d’occhio che si ha dalla struttura) la location è molto comoda per gli spostamenti in zona; ampio parcheggio interno e le camere sono spaziose, pulite e confortevoli. Infine, la simpatia e l’allegria di Fabrizia, la proprietaria, rende ancora più apprezzabile il soggiorno: ha sempre degli ottimi consigli su dove andare a mangiare le specialità Toscane. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene.

Siamo stati in questa struttura per tre notti con l'intento di visitare Firenze. Il posto è comodissimo in quanto ad un passo dall'uscita dell'autostrada, ma è anche sufficientemente immerso nel verde da risultare incantevole. Pullman per Firenze comodissimo, appena fuori dal cancello, e parcheggio gratuito permettono di muoversi molto agevolmente. La stanza era molto bella, pulita e ampia (con un materasso comodissimo), e la colazione è accompagnata da ottimi croissant! Non da ultimo, gentilissima e sempre disponibile la proprietaria che ci ha aiutati a capire come girare la zona e si è sempre fermata a scambiare due parole durante la colazione. Consigliatissimo e sicuramente torneremo quando visiteremo di nuovo Firenze.

Siamo stati in questo bellissimo B&B lo scorso week end, la camera offre tutte le comodità ed è molto pulito. Colazione molto buona e abbondante. Molto comodo dove si trova c’è il pullman che porta in centro a Firenze in 15 minuti . Il Poggiolo delle Rose e’ vicino all’autostrada quindi molto comodo per arrivare ma allo stesso tempo immerso nella quiete. Tutto stupendo ci torneremo!

Çok iyi uyuduk. —Odaya dışarıdan hiçbir ses gelmiyor. —Lobi çok hızlı ve yardımsever. Bize çok yardımcı oldular. -Otopark ❌🇬🇧 WI-FI was bad. My job was on the Internet and it was very difficult. - Price benefit balance; average. - Our room was looking at the highway. We kept the curtain closed. - hot water in the shower is very little running. ❌🇹🇷 WI-FI kötüydü. İşim internet ortamındaydı ve çok zordu.

Nach einer Autopanne wurden wir trotz späterer Stunde noch herzlich empfangen und verbrachten zwei traumhafte Tage im wunderbar idyllischen B&B. Ein herrliches Anwesen mit perfekter Busanbindung in die Florenzer Innenstadt. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll vorbereitet und bot viele Leckereien wie frisches Obst und knusprige Croissants. Von den überaus freundlichen Gastgebern erhielten wir auch kulinarische Geheimtipps und sogar die Tischreservierungen wurde für uns erledigt. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Florenz!

Struttura molto carina, ben tenuta e curata, camere molto belle e pulite , non c'era un dito di polvere, colazione molto buona e proprietari estremamente gentili, la struttura è a conduzione familiare. Posizione comoda e ottimo parcheggio interno. Ci torneremo io e la mia compagna al prossimo viaggetto a Firenze. Dieci e lode.

Lo scorso weekend siamo stati a Firenze ed abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B molto accogliente ed assolutamente da raccomandare. L'ospitalità della signora Fabrizia è stata molto apprezzata. Nonostante la vicinanza all'autodytrda la camera era molto confotevole e la mattina ci aspettava una deliziosa colazione.

Great place to stay! Nice and clean room. It's near a highway, but we didn't mind that at all. We could park our car here safely behind the gate. The breakfast is good, not too many choices but enough. It's very easy to get to Florence by bus from here. The road is dark though, and there is no sidewalk, so you should really watch out for yourselves if you walk to the town or the bus stop. Fabrizia is a great hostess who is very helpful! She gave us some recommendations about places we could visit. If you go here, you should really take her advice. We would love to come back here one day.

if you willing to enjoy the surrounding area of Florence, this is the best place. Not far from city center (15min), so close to the Chianti route, that is a MUST. Fabrizia wos very kind hostess and very helpful for anything we required her advice. The room big enough and very clean and breakfast very good. Looking forward to come back soon.
