博物館公寓飯店(Museum Apartment Hotel, Independent Collection by Evt, an EVT Hotel)

We have always enjoyed staying at QT Museum Hotel. We were given the option to upgrade to a Seaview room on the top floor with an additional charge. Seeing it is a more quiet room compared to my booking request on the 1st floor near road traffic and rubbish bin area, I paid the extra for the upgrade per night for 2 nights. Our room was not serviced well the following day. Rubbish bin in the bathroom being the only one was not emptied. The Bath and Shower gel was not replenished, we had to asked for it to be refilled. the cushions on the bed was still on the floor from the night before, the ironing board was still left out - I did not put it back as the iron was still very hot after ironing my dress for my conference that morning. The gym facilities was very tired with all towels being used and the used towels bin was overflowing. I was very disappointed with my stay this trip, using shortage of staff since Covid is a very old excuse now. Systems and procedures should be in placed by management to ensure the 5 star ratings is upheld. No point upselling or selling more rooms if they cannot keep customers happy to come back again. This was not only my opinion but that of my colleagues. very disappointing!

Sehr schöne große und saubere Zimmer mit Vollausstattung. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Insgesamt 6 von 5 Sternen.

QT Wellington is the perfect location to walk the harbour area, have dining options,visit the Te Papa Museum and stroll the downtown area. Staff were excellent. The small kitchen was perfect. We checked in late at night, our ferry from the South Island was delayed (not surprising). The Woman checking us in was awesome! One note. When checking out ,with a vehicle, give yourself lots of time. The valet area is smallish and can get bunged up with cars. Other than that ,perfect. Would easily stay here again.

Food is overpriced and service is snail slow. Asked for my missing "Eco-Friendly" door hanger to be replaced, it never was. Cleaning service often didn't empty my trash. Never a valet on duty, needed to wait and talk to reception. $40 / day for parking is a crime. No free option.

Gym , pool and spa was great! The place is near supermarket and many shops and restaurants around. My room was 1 st floor and I could only see the gym from my window…
