Fantastic hotel, modern, conveniently located. Would definitely stay here again, it’s great value!

Ich hatte das Studio Zimmer mit Bad. Leider ist das Bad und WC im Gang. Es steht einem exklusiv zur Verfügung doch ist es mühsam da hin und her zu gehen. Es gibt keinen Lift und der Gang ist sehr schmal. Also mit schwerem Gepäck muss man etwas schleppen können. Ich würde das nächste mal ein normales Hotelzimmer buchen, denn auch eine Rezeption gibt es nicht.

très pratique, on nous a donné un code pour pouvoir avoir accès à une carte qui ouvre notre chambre. nous avions réservé une chambre avec salle de bain privée. la salle de bain était juste en face de notre chambre fermée par une clé. chambre petite mais moderne très sympa.

Wir waren dort zwei Nächte, ruhig gelegen gleichzeitig konnte man gut in die Stadt laufen. Wir bekamen auch Hilfe einen Parkplatz zu organisieren. ALL GOOD.

We purchased two Queen rooms with private bathrooms. Unfortunately when we arrived we did not want to stay the full three nights we booked. The bathrooms were located across the hall (not inside the bedroom and operated with a different key). The front doors of the hotel did not seemed to be locked at all during the night so it did not seem secure. One bedding had a large stain on it. One bathroom had an unusual smell and a window we couldn’t quite close (was a cold night so not ideal). We rung the owner and said we were happy to pay for the first night, but would like a refund for the second two nights as the accomodation did not meet the expectations of what was advertised. He agreed and we cancelled the booking. Unfortunately he has only paid us a partial refund stating ******* charges a commission for the booking. When in contact with ******* they have said they do not take any payment from the booking nor a commission. I am still waiting for an email to confirm the rest of my refund (total of $108). The property itself felt more like a hostel. If they can replace the stained bedding and fix the window/bathroom and you are happy with a hostel style stay then this might be okay for you. But beware ‘private bathroom’ is not included in your room- it is more like a hostel arrangement where you have to cross a hall in your towel/robe. We won’t be staying at this hotel again and hope that the owner keeps to their word and refunds us for a service we did not use.

L’emplacement est parfait pour rejoindre les restaurants sur Cuba Street et pour descendre jusqu’à la baie. Très bon restaurants autour. Nous avions la chambre 2, plus petite que sur la photo, et la toilette privative à l’extérieur de la chambre entre 2 autres chambres… j’aime moins. Un peu chaud dans la chambre, pas d’air conditionné et les fenêtres n’ouvrent pas très grand. Actuellement il y a de la construction autour débutant à 7h30.

This place has the feel of a hoste, trying to pass itself off as a boutique hotel. Pokey room with dirty doona, dirty cups and spoons, smelly bathroom. The bathroom was across the corridor from the bedroom. If we weren’t provided a key, we could have shared the bathroom with other parties on the same level. We did not enjoy our stay and will not recommend to our friends.

Great location and comfortable bed! Even supplied earplugs for possible construction noise next door. Room had everything I needed. There was No cafe for breakfast though, maybe I misunderstood this, food was supplied in the room, and everything was served in disposable packaging. Also no recycling facilities in the room. Was given bread, but no toaster? Would stay again, as the location was good.
