Sheets were completely stained room smelt unbelievably, horrible water damage on the walls. I need a freaking refund immediately.

There was no smoke alarm in the room. It smelled like a smoking room and it was labled non smoking. There was a dirty wash cloth in the shower. The bathroom fixtures were falling off and the clientele made it uncomfortable to sleep knowing my vehicle was outside.

Run down smelled like paint and cigarette smoke need was like cardboard so I need to say more.

We reserved a single king on line, the location seemed unable to find the reservation so we stayed in a double queen room. The fridge, microwave and TV all worked. The shower was like a dungeon. I had to cancel our second night and no refund was available.

Awful motel dark and dingy. Furniture is really old lights didn't work. Bug traps every where. I booked on line the picture on line is nothing like the place. I won't book on line again absolutely a nightmare.

My car broke down close to red bluff and this was the closest to the repair shop. BAD CHOICE. I knew when the tow truck driver told me to be careful I should of just run away. After the twitching receptionist took my information I walked to the room. Upon entering and acclimating to the smell of cigarettes and mold in my room I did the unthinkable.....I lifted up the four layers of fitted sheets to reveal THE most disgusting mattress that I have ever seen. It was 1 in the morning so I sat in the chair and caught a few Zs.

Manager was friendly and helpful, but the property could use a serious upgrade, inside and out. Walkable to town.

Clean and decent-bed was wonky, but otherwise a positive experience.

First off the guy at tge front desk was rude. He couldnt give me a room key for 2 hours. The room was cockroach infested. Nasty. I call to cancel the next 4 days and the man hung up on me. This place is disgusting stay away. They should be called the roach motel
