屋頂-海陸套房酒店(The Roof - by Sea Land Suites)

Gran bella struttura in punto centrale di Tel Aviv, nostro alloggio moderno carino con tutti i comfort necessari. Wi-fi ok. Disponibilità ufficio ottima. Sicuramente un soggiorno positivo. Due consigli: la pulizia è prevista ogni 3 giorni, non consiglio giornaliera ma magari ogni 2 giorni sarebbe ottimo, noi siamo arrivati il giovedì sera e fino alla domenica, che era il giorno del check out, la stanza non è mai stata pulita. Sarebbe cosa carina inoltre avere a disposizione della struttura alcune bici da poter prendere in uso invece di doverle noleggiare dai negozi comunque presenti nelle vicinanze.

We have stayed at ‘The roof’ for couple of weeks. The apartment was super comfortable, with very modern furnishings, spacious and accommodating. The location is second to none, literally 4 minutes walk to Frishman beach or Gordon beach (we were right in the middle). Minutes from busy Dizengoff street, can walk everywhere, even the Carmel market was no more than 15 minutes walk. There’s a supermarket conveniently located opposite, with freshly baked pastries and everything else you might need. It was beautiful to enjoy the sun rise and sun set from the spacious balcony, or chilling at night with beautiful breeze. Although the property offers daily housekeeping service, we opted to have it less often, but everything we needed such as fresh towels or toiletries was readily available for us. There were also coffee/Tea facilities and kitchen utensils if you wanted to cook yourself a meal. Shlomi who runs the property couldn’t have done more for us. Even provided me with a yoga mat ! Nothing was too much, we were made to feel so welcome, and no doubt will return to this property on our next trip to Israel. Just to add our apartment (#52) could accommodate 4 people (bedroom and large double sofa bed) and there are similar apartments on the same floor, offering same great standards with different roof top views of Tel Aviv.

Nous avons séjourné dans un studio de 25 m2 au dernier étage Terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur Tel Aviv. Notre interlocuteur local Schlomi est très efficace et disponible avec une gentillesse rare aujourd'hui. Petits bemols: Éclairage un peu sombre dans les pièces et parking inexistant dans la résidence contrairement aux indications sur le descriptif. A recommander fortement pour un séjour très agréable à Tel Aviv et une proximité exceptionnelle à la mer et des commerces aux pieds de l'apparthotel.

This is our second stay at The Roof. If we are lucky, we will come back again. We love that the roof. Sitting on a large balcony with the Nepresso coffee provided is a treat. Shlomi, who runs the desk, is very kind and helpful. And the price is right. Two short blocks to Frishman beach and to the promenade. If you are looking for very nice room, bathroom and kitchenette without frills this is the place. We will stay again!

Excellent location. Very roomy and wonderful balcony. Shlomi was so helpful. We will stay here again for sure.

The apartment was very comfortable and had exactly what we needed for our stay. Close to stores and beach.

Die Unterkunft ist relativ gut gelegen, der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Bushaltestelle mit guter Anbindung zum Flughafen sind auch ums Eck. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ich habe nichts vermisst. Ein großer Balkon mit Sitzecke stand auch zur Verfügung. Leider wurden nachts auf der Ben Yehuda street gebaut, mit Oropax war die Lautstärke aber erträglich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das der Inhaber Herr Gottesman wirklich überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit war, Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Shopping oder ein Stellplatz für den Mietwagen bei allem hat mir Herr Gottesman gute Tips gegeben! Ich würde jederzeit ohne bedenken wieder buchen.
